Next best price, £499.00 in PRC Direct, - http://www.prcdirect.co.uk/products/TV/televisions/le42/led-televisions/42-led-television/LG-£50-Acetrax-Offer/item/42LM620T?source=aw

This is a very good TV - I got it from JohnLewis for 499 by price match in Jan. You could possibly get price matched at 479 now. Heat added.

I got John Lewis to price match this last week at 479 from here but not been instock online since...

Does this require an additional dongle please?

yes, it does require additional dongle. But the suggestion is to use the ethernet cable since the wifi reception and buffering might be not as good as cable on TV.

I have this TV and its great ,I use home plugs and it works great, plays every type of file I have thrown at it and it picked up my network drive 1st time so I can play media stored on there as well

For the price of these, would I not be better off just getting the dongle?

link not working

I had the lm760 model but sent it back after learning that the whole 800htz in tv's is a load of BS. they do make the picture smoother but causes the soap opera effect and it looked disgusting! had to turn down tru motion and thought "why am i paying all this money for features ill never use" so i bought this model from electro centre on Sunday. Hopefully it will arrive Wednesday. I price matched with John Lewis but frankly I'm sick of waiting for them to get the damn thing in stock. Have a suspicion they never will, they fobbed me off everytime in inquired about it. And to James yes those work i plan on getting those too. My friend uses them and says they work superbly.

the dongle will use wifi and streaming films over wifi can be hit or miss, especially 720p or 1080p mkv/mp4 files, the homeplugs is a wired connection and is a bit quicker and more stable,i have not had any buffering at all since i have had the tv....couple weeks now

Thanks for that!

Ps, as for the "no buffering" you probably aren't on TalkTalk like me
