261mm deep? Bloody hell, I've seen thinner Crt's. I assume this measurement is with the stand, in which vase not a bad deal?

Yes that's including the stand. It's still not the thinnest though (76.5mm) ... but then it isn't Edge-Lit LED.

I like to shop from high street retailer such as Argo, John Lewis, Curry, Comet rather than internet base company because it is easy to visit in one of their outlet if the product is broken within the warranty.

The problem with this item is that if we want to post it, there will be a significant cost as it is huge. Not to mention time needed for P+P.

Could someone please shed the light, whether it is easy to get support when the product is broken within 1 year guarantee. Do you need to contact LG or RLR Distribution ?? Is this company has a proper support to handle the return item which develop faulty ??,

still a good price. for a lot of TV
Bought this TV last night from a different retailer and very happy with the purchase.

Fair point. I guess I didn't look at anything but the price. I'll look closer next time.
This was even cheaper at amazon, but not now.
Direct LED TV, get excellent reviews on image quality.
No Freeview HD though.

If this is the same one that was on VERY for the same price a few months ago I got it and tbh it's not a great set and looks pretty cheap too, the SD picture quality isn't great,no freeview hd and not the slimmest TV.I thought RLR only dealt with ex display items I might be wrong though.

Compared to what? Do you have another set of the same size?
Watching SD on a 42 inch screen is not a good idea, connect to a HD source and you'll be amazed.
It has to be bulkier cause is not edge lit LED, but Direct LED.

Well seeing as theres only 4 HD channels available on freeview I'd say SD quality is quite an important addition.I've got a Samsung and the difference in SDPQ is clear to see.
is this 100hz
