Seems like a good deal!

Are any Low-end LGs, Vestel re-badges?
Edited by: "TacticalTimbo" 28th Oct 2015

This or the hisense richer sounds deal?

Can't seem to find any details about this tv on lg's website let alone any other review sites. could it be a model made for Argos? as everywhere else the model is LG 42LF580V so not sure if they are similar except or the inch less screen size

I bought this 2 months back. very pleased. got it at £399 so not very pleased seeing it at this price. But go for it guys. It's very good.

I think the 590 model may have been directed for the eastern europe market.

No, not yet anyway.

Debating on jumping on this - wanted a TV between 40 - 50". Seems like decent spec and can be delivered tonight. Hmmm...

I orderd one at 11am.......delivery by 6pm lol cant wait.

Anybody know if its magic remote compatible?

Does anyone know if this has Wi-Fi built in or would I need to buy a separate adapter?

Will the magic remote work with it?

My god that's a bargain

It should have the Wi-Fi built in, the LG 42LF580V which someone mentioned has and I've just recently purchased that model. I think this was the next model up so should be good to go.

Says WiFi enabled, I've just plumped for it - will be delivered between 7-10 tonight.

Also £10 voucher emailed.

But are completely happy with the TV and its features

Just bought one and brought it home will let u know the outcome

Please do; if you could look at gaming performance/response-time and netflix in particular, that would be great!

Also, whether it actually contains a wifi chip would be nice to know.

does the tv come with gaurantee

I just bought one and brought it home too.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to test it because it's a prize for my works Christmas prize draw. I was going to buy a Samsung 32" smart TV for £259 but this seems a much better option. Thanks OP.

Bought this from the Tesco ebay store - refurbished for £200 (£250 minus ebay discount last week) .

Arrived yesterday, looks good, will get it setup at the weekend.

Only 2 hdmi but noticed a LAN port at the back, very thin bezel, weighs less than my 20" sony bravia from 9 years ago, nice looking Tv.

Does it have built in wifi ?

I would also like to know if this has wifi built in

So does this to actually have wifi ??

Tv even

For the people asking about wifi if it's built in. It's a smart tv hence the wifi and ethernet port integrated.
a simple Google search will reveal enough sources for the specs
Amazon
Spanish site
Romanian ...etc, plenty of sites

Done that but the specs say wifi enabled (usually indicates an adapter required ). Also manual mentions the specs of wifi module.

Manufacturers have been known to dubiously label their TVs 'wifi enabled', simply for having the ability to plug in a wifi dongle.

This dongle is highly specific, and is available only from the same maker; £50 would not be an outlier!

Does WiFi Integrated means you need a separate WiFi dongle? i guess not so read the specs as i highlighted in some links and use Google translator if you dont understand the language

Look, I did the search as well, I wasn't satisfied with the language used. Also, I would never take a Romanian to English translation as gospel; language doesn't work on a 1:1 basis.

So if I by a car from the USA that says it runs on gas, you reckon I will be able to refill it using my home gas supply ?

go to the store and ask to see the box, really that simple. I did and it does have wifi, so the sarcasm on the language translation is rather pathetic and childish

Set mine up.works great, sounds brill through soundbar.wifi worked straight away.my advice is grab 1 while its dirt cheap.

There was absolutly no sarcasm, non whatsoever. You seemed to be schooling me on how to use the internet; as an IT Engineer, I've mostly sussed it.

Now if you'd gone and looked at the packaging in store, why didn't you start there?! Much stronger than telling people how to use the internet!

However, it has to be said that it could likely be a regurgitation of what's been said online, would still be much nicer to have confirmation from an owner that's got it wirelessly connected...

Have you been able to try gaming or netflix, does iPlayer work?

Edited by: "TacticalTimbo" 28th Oct 2015

Yes I want one for Netflix, does this work in there, or have the app? As some of these TVs just seem to have YouTube
