Another day of people posting every item available on a website, even though we already know it's 10% off day on the Argos Ebay site. Cold for failing to post the code PayDay10 as part of the post

Great price for this calibre of TV but it must be an older model (?) - wouldn't expect 4K but only one HDMI and not "smart" so a bit limited. Heat added though!

Yeah, not the best really.

not smart and not 4k..cold from me even at this low price.
Cold, not 4k, not 4K HDR not 4k 10bit, just pay 100 more get one of 4k TV
A very similar model (LF instead of LH) was hot here couple of days ago: hotukdeals.com/dea…257

It was a 2016 model, and it was £180 in 2016. Just saying. Not voting hot or cold, just adding some context.

49" 4K HDR 10 bit TV for £387? Where's this?
no 4k & HDR? who would really care about that for less than £300 for 49"
some people really need a reality check

I was just looking at the budget side when posting this deal. I mean if you are looking for 4K and HDR then it will most likely be triple the price. If you wait I guess you could pick this kind of TV up for a lot less. Only one HDMI port is a big let down though.

That's kind of the reason why I didn't include code, but added it now.
4k? Why the heck dose people want a bit 4k tv is beyond me when there is hardly any 4k content 2 play on it? It's 2018 and you hardly get full hd content unless your willing to pay for it. HDR? I think every channel in full hd 1080p would be a better step up the ladder first lol

Another day of seeing people complain about people trying to help.
1 Scart and 1 USB socket? Pretty poor if ask me. But hey great price for the TV size and great if you just want it as a dedicated console TV or something like that.

I know right, the last thing I want is to have to unplug my VCR each time I want to play on my Sega Saturn!

Big Negative , Full HD Old rubbish . £287.99 in the drain . Buy 4k now

I've reported you again for copy pasting this comment. Do you have an alert for 1080p so you can tell everyone it isn't 4k.

That's funny, sure I was watching 4k on Netflix yesterday .... Oh don't forget Amazon prime too.....and also blu rays look alot better on my 4k TV than they do on my old 1080p TV.....and also, you don't know how much content will be say next year? So why buy a hd now which, I guess, you will still want to be using for at least a couple of years? BBC iPlayer has even dabbled in 4k (Blue planet 2)

@pompey77 I mean if you are going to buy 4K HDR TV, wouldn't it be better to go for higher range rather than settling for something around £400-£600. Arguably 1080p might be better on the budget 4k TV, I don't know. I have the KS7000, 49 inch which cost £730 after cashback. Looking at £1,000 to get more higher range.

You said pay £100 more for 4k HDR or 4k 10bit, wondering if you had any evidence of a TV like this with 4k HDR or 4k 10bit for £387. You've listed a 4k non-HDR/non-10bit (is it equal or better image quality?), but not a 4k HDR or 4k 10bit. You say "just research" but you're the one who made the claim and thus needs to back it up.
OOS anyway now

I have a 50inch Hisense......the quality is amazing. I paid £500 for it with a 6 year warranty. Obviously, more expensive sets will be higher quality, but definitely worth the money. But you originally said there's not much point buying a 4k Tele as there's no content.......my point is, in the near future there will be alot more, so not much point in not buying a 4k TV.
