Can't seem to see it on the list but does this have a media player for USB devices?

Wow! Looks very very hot from me!!

dont forget it only includes 1 pair of glasses

We have the 550T, from what ive read its excatly the same as the 250T and our 550T does play back files from usb. Be carful with the glasses you get bundled with this set, you want a pair with 0.64 firmware and not 0.63......with the latter they turn themselves off after a few minutes. LG exchanged ours FOC.

Does this have a reflective screen?

I also bought the 550t and only received one pair of glasses - does anyone know where additional pairs can be purchased?

I quote " like a mirror"

Can anyone recommend a telly with a matte screen?!

my mates got this last xmas. fair do's!! a very good picture on it!! tho he laffs at me when he puts the sky radio channels on it,and i tell him that a radio uses a heck of a lot less power!!

I almost purchased this yesterday, but decided against a Plasma for my uses and environment. Opted for a 46" Toshiba LED instead for the same price - but had to buy the glasses seperately

Heat for probably the best specced 50" TV for less than £500 though!

The TV will be mounted across from a window, and I'm not a fan of glare from the glass plasma screens at the best of times. Also, will be wall-mounted and I'm not sure my crappy breezeblock partition wall will be too happy with upwards of 25kg hanging from it. I'm also an avid gamer and the plasma image retention put's me off a little - and there's the reliability issues that plasmas supposedly suffer with?

Otherwise, I would have snapped this deal up.

Has anyone ordered from this site, says that large items to Glasgow are delivered on a Saturday on there site anyone ordered anything that can confirm this?

I have a pk590 and am looking to upgrade to 3D. Is the PQ on this much better?

If you've got kitchen cupboards full of crockery wall mounted, you should be fine. Just use M6 or M8 coachscrews for the bracket.

I got a good auto switching box from Amazon. Cost about £15 and allows one HDMI port to take 3 devices. There's no interference either. Have a Xbox, Boxee Box and a BD player hooked up to it.

One of these: amazon.co.uk/gp/…i00

Pretty sure this is the same as I saw in Asda last week -£499
It was the same size and razor framed and had a couple of pairs of glasses.

Plasma's are so much better for gaming mate. I have a 42" Lg full hd lcd and 50" sammy plasma and the plasma eats it for SD, HD, gaming, everything.

Image burn isn't an issue anymore. You get image retention, but a couple of minutes on another channel and its gone. And i've played Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood for 4-5 hours at a time. I thought Ezio's health bar and HUD had fecked my tv. I sheet myself. But it went after a few mins.

I wouldn't change from plasma in the meantime. Not until oled or whatever. But when thats a viable option at a reasonable price is anyones guess.

Can anyone tell me do these use lots of electric compared to lcd and are they ok just to watch normal tv if your not using 3d..?? Many thanks

now showing as £519

Got one last week from the Richer Sounds deal posted on here. Very happy with it so far, but the reflective screen took a bit of getting used to. Just look thru the reflections now

I've only had it on low settings so far as advised on AV Forums thread about them. Cannot wait to crank the settings up ready for the Euro Champs

Uses more but not loads, my 46" Toshiba led uses average 80w, in the title is says this is 179 average but dunno until I get mine delivered... However I had a 37" LCD that used 200 average!
