Yeah I got this Boxing Day for £529
I'm an LG fan ... But would not buy it .. Not for that price
Does this have a 5 year warranty?

Cannot see it on their site
Was in Currys yesterday all the uj range had a cheap basic look to them
Currys exclusive model aka exactly the same as 635 but we'll prevent you from price matching it. Any company that use the term "Sale" and increases the price of the product by £60 is never going to get my business, so I'm out and my search for a huge tv goes on.....

Not at currys / pcworld, even the only other seller of this PRC, is one year only.
Thanks
seen this tv up close and the whole thing just looks like a tv from a few years ago, the bezel is quite big, the back looks bulky, wouldn't recommended this tv in the slightest.
This or the Hisense 55N5700UK????

And so does mine..
Can anyone please help me with my previous question? Which one would you say is better?
Pity that Currys dont offer a 5 year warranty otherwise I would buy this.

I've been researching and to be honest, other than the price and brand name, I don't think there is much difference between both models. Unless you want the LG apps and pay extra for the LG, you'd be better off sticking with the Hisense which has had excellent reviews. Also if you purchase the Hisense 55NH5700UK from John Lewis, you'll get a 5 year warranty too.

Same here...just gone ahead and bought the Hisense using the morrisons bought JL giftcards.....originally £479, but with the 9 gift card morrisons points, it's cost only £423....Can't go wrong with that

Could you elaborate on how you went about doing this? Do you get the full value of the cards + the points to get the reduction total?

£6.50 worth of Morrisons points per £50 gift card bought at Morrisons. IE - JL, Amazon ,M&S,
Has to be £50 cards only for points.

5000 + 1250 points per £50 gift card.

So if you get 10 x £50 gift cards it will be 50000 + 12500 points = 62500 points (£62.50).

I would have LG over Hisense any day

5000 + 1250 points per £50 gift card.So if you get 10 x £50 gift cards it w …5000 + 1250 points per £50 gift card.So if you get 10 x £50 gift cards it will be 50000 + 12500 points = 62500 points (£62.50).

I would have also gone for the LG, but the reviews of this specific model are pretty poor, hence my reason to go for the Hisense 55N5700UK which has excellent reviews
