LG’s superb screen blends rich HDR with eye-popping ColourPrime Pro to deliver something simply beautiful. Not only will your shows and movies get a luscious new lick of paint, you’ll keep connected to all your favourite apps with the brand’s state-of-the-art webOS 3.0 Smart platform. Backed by a brilliant ULTRA Surround sound and sleek slim design, this delightful TV will work wonders in your living room.

Stunning ColourPrime Pro HDR
Forays into colour-boosting High Dynamic Range (HDR) have begun, and LG are one of the forerunners. As members of the newly-founded UHD Alliance, they've blended HDR with ColourPrime Pro to deliver staggering colour depth. This means that there are far more colours to deepen your view and show shades you’ve never seen in home entertainment before. LG’s HDR Pro bridges the gap between what we see on-screen and what we see in real life, making for an otherworldly picture that will knock your socks off.

Outstanding True Black Contrast
LG’s True Black panel has a clever anti-glare film that scatters harsh lights on the screen to clamp down on distracting reflections. This way, you’ll notice blacker blacks on the picture, making it all-the-more eye-popping.

Fabulous 4K
To respond to screens getting bigger, brands have packed their screens with more pixels. This 58-inch screen has four times the number of pixels than 1080p HD TVs, delivering stunning realism, natural motion and incredible detail. Experience this high-spec picture across a range of broadcasts, movies, sports and more thanks to 4K upscaling. As it converts lower resolution content to near-4K quality, anything you watch on the big screen will be truly extraordinary.

Seamless webOS 3.0 Smart Platform
Revolutionising the way you watch and experience entertainment on your LG TV is the award-winning Smart TV webOS platform. Delivering a simple connection, simple switching and simple discovery, there is more entertainment available than ever before. You can stream Sky Movies or Sports through NOW TV, 4K UHD content through Netflix or Amazon, the latest movies and TV from Google Play and TalkTalk TV stores and even music from Spotify or YouTube.

ULTRA Surround Sound
This set uses seven virtual channels to immerse you in the sounds of your movies and shows. With a booming 20W output, you’ll lose yourself in ultra-crisp dialogue, explosive action scenes and harmonious soundtracks.

Freeview Play Coming
This LG TV will feature Freeview Play. Combining catch-up TV, on-demand services and live television, watching what you want, when you want, is now easier than ever. It’s free from subscription and is compatible with existing broadband services too. Services such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and Demand 5 are also available without having to open specific applications. This will give effortless scroll back so you never miss a second of your favourite shows.

SUPER Slim Design
With its elegant, ultra-thin design, this TV is a work of art on-or-off. Whether you want to mount it on the wall (mount sold separately) like a picture or pop it on a table on its slick stand, this set is sure to look beautiful in your home.

Can anyone recommend me this one or the Hisense 55M7000?
I am between this two, the Hisense is £100 cheaper and have a ULED screen.
But would prefer a 58 inch screen than a 55 one ... 65 is a little to much and the extra price too for me ...

Is a true HDR? Both models (LG or M7000)?

Thank you

Reviews ive read say the Hisense 7000 model is the best screen out there bar the more expensive top end Sony bravias

decent review.. the reviewer didn't seem too impressed with the local dimming...
now more confused ..
choices between the 5000 and 7000 series are getting blurry especially with the 100 quid price difference

Is it 10bit

Panasonic TX-58DX700B 58-Inch 1400 Hz 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 Model) (HDR, Firefox OS, Local Dimming, Freeview Play) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01CEBQSIU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_BaQ-xb30V4FE8

Just bought that from Richer Sounds for £889 and 6 year warranty. Great reviews and, so far, I'm loving it. Just an alternative to consider.
