£450 for older model the one linked is hd ready

I've checked the reviews.
This TV looks to offer good value for money at £770 for 60 inches of screen.

If I was in the market for a big screen TV, I'd definitely put this one on my short list.

waaay too small for me

How about the retailer? Any good?

Brill. I want it :-)

LG are the worst Plasma manufacturer out of the big names....

For LCD-LED however they're quite highly rated (with the exception of the 2012 models) which have had motion issues.

If you want a big Plasma TV at a reasonable price - go for Samsung.. They're touching toes with Panasonic this year with there Plasma TVs, which is shocking (HDTV Test and Avforums alike are of this opinion)

nice TV prices are dropping will it get any cheaper though?

spending that kind of money, might as well put a few hundred quid extra and get 3D for future proofing

Worst in what way? I've read many reviews of Plasma's and Panasonic are def the best but everyone else is about on a level par. Some of those reviewers also measure using useless parameters and color schemes that are irrelevant in the real world. Generally, reviews by real people have been very positive to excellent for LG Plasma TV's

I agree. Ordered the LG 60PM670T for £920 delivered, includes 3D and Smart functionality plus 4 hdmi's. So only £150 more for the extra bits. :-)

Although, not sure about the future of 3D. There's not been much content released and take up has been slow, largely due the glasses that you have to wear. Unless they bring out 'glassless' 3D TV's (which I heard is a long way off), I reckon 3D may fall by the wayside and people just move onto 4K screens and beyond.

Just ordered this. Does anyone have this model what's it like plz?
It's a good price for a 60 inch basic tv. Just wondering if I should go for a 3d tv instead or not

I spent a bit extra on my last telly to get 3D. Used it about three times in two years, and just for the sale of it too, it's not very good, leave it for the cinema!

A 60" telly would be cracker tho, my 50" Samsung suddenly, seems so inadequate!

Gone.
