Hey Reidy, you after a 65 inch C9? If we don't see any beforehand, they are definitely gonna be holding back some discounts for Easter. You'd think.

Hey! Yeh the 65’. Fingers crossed! I should have pulled the trigger on Black Friday but we live and we learn
Sure we've all failed to take the plunge on a deal at some point and regretted it after!

I'll probably be wrong, but I could see this going down to £1,600 for Easter. Fingers crossed, for sure!! 🤞
Might be better to wait for cx if you’re getting the next gen consoles
No mention of warranty so would definitely check .Costco have it back at 1499 with superior warranty and 90 day return. Wanted to repost Costco deal from 3 weeks ago as it went back to 1599 after 48hours but mods blocked me .Strange that a deal site doesn't want you to list a deal which many would of thought had expired at 1499

may I ask why? are there going to be any big advantages over C9?

And how much will the CX cost ? Around 3K ?
LG E9 is now £1599 in John Lewis
In terms of OLED range of TVs
B9 sits at the bottom
Of the medium range then not much diff in the C9 and E9 apart from the E9 has the glass frame and has a decent sound bar at rear base which means you don’t really need to buy a separate sound bar imo

I agree Rick. Even though I've heard people buying off ebay from Crampton and Moore saying TVs have same warranty offered on website, If people are making a big purchase it's best to double check directly with the retailer.

If Costco have it at £1,499 its a good place to get it and those with memberships will value that 90 day exceptional return window for the £50 or so extra.

Freesync/ vrr so the image appears smoother. I am guessing there will also be incremental improvements from the c9. The cx 48 inch will likely be £1500, which is cheap compared to other manufacturers. Would prefer sony, but they are quite expensive.

Maybe for the 65 inch, but i would wait until christmas and pick one up with the ps5.
Don't hang about at this price if 5yr warranty is included, it won't drop much if any lower than this. It's a great TV and you won't tell the difference between this and C9 unless they're side by side
The price for C9 65 will drop, it is awaiting game. I think it will drop to about £1550 at Easter. People are now concentrating on buying toilet rolls, food and nappies. Shops will see big drop in sales so they will need to drop their prices to get more sales. Fingers crossed.

Not necessarily. It depends on stock availability. If retailers are coming to the end of their allocation they will soon sell out and go onto the b c 10.
Prices of oled in past years seem to hit a price point and don't go lower ..in general .It's not in LG interest to start offering huge discounts to retailers .
Maybe the current unprecedented situation could break the trend

Yes mate my last b8 55 was from crampton although I bought direct after deal on here where they were giving you the 8 after stock ran out of the 7.Decent guys to deal with and always up for a price match .
Also the warranty they provided was with D&G and they are one of the few who allow a transfer to new owner which helped me getting a great price for mine when I sold it a 2 months back .

That's really good to know about the transferable warranty D+G offer. I'm not up to date on who else offers that. What TV are you using at the minute? Can't remember if it was a B9 or something else?

Not anything worth the extra price you will most likely have to pay

Both available on the 9 series via hdmi 2.1...main difference of the cx will be bfi at 4k 120hz rather than 1440p 120hz with bfi on 9 series I believe

Hi mate .Yes the 65 b9 . Sold my 55 b8 for 800 as it still had 4 year warranty left and was just about to buy the 65 when Costco suddenly dropped to 1499 .It was and still is cheapest advertised price .
I know many say the c9 is better but it was 1799 and honestly couldn't tell difference .If they dropped it to 1599 in my 90 days period i would have a decision to make !!
