Try googling it you lazy git!
Giving heat as seems to be cheaper than anywhere else, but still annoys me how much TV manufacturers charge for these compared to a generic one that you might buy for your PC/laptop.

I can't cheat on HUKD forum. You can googling your attitude instead.
Alternatively, it's just 7p more in Argos.

Got mine in Argos a few weeks ago as it was practically twice that price elsewhere.

Go into the settings on your tv and update the system software (firmware). Or you can go onto the LG website, enter your model of tv and download the firmware onto a USB flashdrive and insert it into your USB slot on your TV. It will give you instructions how to do it on the website.

Hope this helps

If you're patient you can buy this one from the USA instead : ebay.co.uk/itm…8ed

same functionality. Have one at home but didn't try it with a LG TV, but supposedly that's what it was designed for.

Doubt it, LH5000 is an older model and no support for netcast.
Compatible LED LCD Models
LW9800, LV9500, LW6500, LW5700, LW5600, LV5500, LV5400, LV370
Compatible LCD Models
LK550
Compatible Plasma Models
PZ950, PZ750, PZ550
lg.com/us/…ter

The following model lines are
supported:
- LED LCD TV : LEX, LX, LE9, LE8, LE7, LE59,
LE58, LE55, LE54 series

- LCD TV : LD8, LD7, LD6, LD5 series
- Plasma TV : PK5, PK7, PK9, PX9 series
- Projector : HX350Y, HW300
The AN-WF100 manual

I have access to 3 LG TVs, two are brand new, not one of them is compatible or has NetCast. Only one has an ethernet port which has zero functionality. So chances are this thing is useless for you.

Check your TV with an ethernet cable first to see if you get Netflix etc before wasting your money.

Try this - amazon.co.uk/gp/…i00. It's what I've got. Be warned though that the clock needs to be set automatically through the aerial before you can launch the internet. Doesn't sound like a big deal unless you haven't got an aerial plugged into the TV like me!! The way round it is a portable aerial temporarily but haven't done that yet.

Just a thought, but assuming the TV just has the correct driver for the chip inside - would it not be possible to open it up and find out the exaxt broadcom/realtek/anatel wireless n chip it uses, then source a cheap stick on ebay that uses the same chip?
