Quick question. Main differences between this and the C9?
Only 3 HDMI, you need minimum 4 at least, these days. And no Google/Alexa Support

I need one. The rest goes into my AVR.

That's just waste and something else to buy again...that's practically useless and doesn't really add value to your av enjoyment

I beg to differ and an AVR has many uses for itself when set up right. However i wouldn't personally want to go for a B9 over a C9 due to the better processor and overall PQ. I'm personally keeping an eye out for a 65" C9 deal for my upgrade once prices fall down a little more on release of the 2020 models

Doesn't add any value to my (A) v enjoyment? Doesn't add value do my AUDIO video enjoyment? You taking the P?

How? Here in the UK, it is impossible to exploit the full potential of the enhanced sound quality as noise from audio equipment is frowned upon and may land you an asbo! So is your av just for HDMI splitting and control? Useless imo

Shut up. You know nothing. We don't all live in flats made out of cardboard and can actually crank our systems up.

Just because you have it, doesn't mean you should flaunt it!

Becareful waiting as the c8 went out of stock pretty quick. Then you got stuck waiting for the C9 to drop in price.

Usually around June /July but they will be priced at RRP, so expect the cx 65" to be over £3000. It won't get close to £2000 until November.

When would we expect the C9 to drop? And to what sort of figures? I’m new to the OLED scene and am sure I want a C9. Just renovating the house and it will be the finishing touch

Tbh, the C9 has already seen drops around Black Friday or so. The 65" briefly hitting £1649 but dead cheap for at least a day or more was like £1700. The 55" version maybe £1150-1250 being a solid ball park. Anything close to this price or under is pretty damn good if you can get Richer Sounds to pricematch. New 2020 models were shown off at CES but they seem to have more competition this year too, so prices won't be staying too high in the near future either. Although i think the best advice would be to set your budget and keep frequenting the online sites over the next few months for discounts and bite at your budget.

Just going off the C9 prices I don't expect the CX to be and cheaper. Just rechecked and C9 65" launched at £3299.99.
