Any reviews of this one to hand?

looks like a good deal for a 5.1 blu-ray - but I will defer to others with better knowledge

?

Check this thread.....I hesitated too long and wished I had ordered...may grab this one this time.

Main issue was no ARC....but not even sure that is an issue for me at least

Cheers

Opps...here is the thread

which thread?

I clicked on every single letter - nada

You spurred me to action this time .....Just rang Richersounds for a price match hoping I could go pick it up today (since I am sick of wires hanging out of my wall)...this ticks most of the boxes for me....nice and neat size wise, wall mountable speakers, 3d blu ray and *I think* LG (and Samsung) have a Plex client so this can stream movies from your PC.....thanks OP you pushed me over the edge.

Sorry - added it above

thanks

I have another model of LG 3d bluray home theatre (BD9000). Some time ago after an update to the firmware the BBC I-player app on it stopped responding. Was looking online to find a solution to the problem. Found that others also have the same problem and when they contacted LG about it, LG refused to do anything about it and were asked to contact BBC! Strange that for LG firmware issues people are asked to contact 3rd party.

Just a word of caution it is possible that LG may have the same firmware for all its 3d bluray home cinema system.

Seems we cannot use this unit to connect the TV to view Freeview channels in 5.1 ?

Any other good 5.1 with similar specs but with more connectiivity please suggest ?

Your heading is wrong.

Its the lesser 6220s unit at £149 not the 6620 unit which has more rounded speakers

back dwon to 143at RGB...picking mine up from Richer later today got them to price match Sonic

had a LG blu-ray home cinema system which i purchased via Laskys and it was found to have a buzzing sound which LG knew about but done nothing about.

After speaking to the area manager for LG (he was in a Richer sounds store) i got some resolve and a full refund but only because Laskys had a good after service team ( the LG service team denied it had any problems even though the manager knew about it)

i purchased a sony home cinema and was glad to see the back of the LG even though i got the latest LG TV and liked everything about the blu-ray player apart from the buzzing power amp issue

MKV playback... nice

how would this compare soundwise to a logitech z906? i know they are for different uses howver this having more Watts than the logitech would it be louder, more bass or what?

Just wonder why this is hot if you can buy it cheaper from RGB ?

I got this from very and im v. Dissapointed Not very loud at all

meistic
