fair comment , i dont understand people who dont use topcashback it takes about 1 minute to sign up , so easy to save.

If this is the touchscreen one, there is a very nice hack for it that turns it, to all intents and purposes, into an iPhone.

Sill question but how do you use the top cash back. Just joined and price of phone still shows £55 something at checkout.

Thanks.
Did that but the price was still £55. Just don't understand the concept of the 'tracking' and how you get the money back. Think I must be having a blond moment :whistling:

Which is why I said the original poster should put the initial price … Which is why I said the original poster should put the initial price instead of the final, it can be a bit confusing! Basically after around 6-7 weeks you should get the £7 cashback paid in your Topcashback account - then you can withdraw it to your bank account, via cheque or paypal. Right now you pay that £55, though. Hope that helps :thumbsup:Cashback sites can be worthwhile if you shop online a lot - for example you can get upto £100 back for things like insurance/phone/broadband contracts - it's always worthwhile searching Topcashback before you buy something

Thanks for that. Just reading what someone has put about 'clearence' being returns or ex displey. The e2save website has the same phone for a tenner more obiously for a guaranteed new one. I think the clearence one is a bit pot luck on what you get delivered. Regarding the Topcashback, I see you can get cash back on fleabay - something to bear in mind as always buying stuff on there.

Also how is it as a phone? Just bought a TG01 but think it might be a bit over my head. My girlfrind is offering me her Iphone when she gets an upgrade but I was told it won't be cost effective to use on payg. That might just be the bloke in the shop yrying me to get one of theirs!

It's CLEARANCE so it's SECOND-HAND

It doesn't come close to the TG01 in terms of features and capabilities - … It doesn't come close to the TG01 in terms of features and capabilities - but then that phone is absolutely huge..which is what put me off it!Personally, I think if you are going to get a touchscreen phone, then it needs to running on Windows Mobile or Symbian OS. Custom made OS's tend to be slow and clunky with no real redeeming features. Plus it has a capacitive screen, which means you'd preferably need a stylus, otherwise it could get a bit fiddly and frustrating to use. I've read a lot of comments saying this phone unlocks itself in your pocket and phones people by it's own accord. If you paid £160ish for the TG01, then I'd send it back and maybe see if you can get a cheap HTC Touch HD on Ebay, or something with WiFi. Otherwise you may aswel just get a more discreet phone and an iPod Touch instead

HTC Touch HD going from anything from £150 - £300 for s/h to new one. Paid £150 for the TG01 and not sure if can take it back as been using for about a week now so may as well get used to it. Shame.

Look how much they go for on Ebay mate, you'll be in profit easily. … Look how much they go for on Ebay mate, you'll be in profit easily. There's one going for £217 at the minute with an hour left. The SE W995 is another option. You can get a refurb for £199 at the Three store:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui2TCoqmTqcNice phone

Most of the TG01s that are sold on ebay end up being sold to someone who is 'no longer a registered user' shortley after, so this is really nothing to go by. Some joker who just likes wasting people's time.

these have the worst touchscreens ever on a fone, DO NOT BUY A COOKIE!!

thank you
