Looking for a new washing machine as my 6 year old Panasonic is making weird noises! This LG looks to be good, A+++, 1400rpm, 8KG and is circa £550 + elsewhere. 2 year guarantee by JL and LG guarantee the motor and drive for 10 years. Even has a steam wash and wifi apps on it!!

Nothing about modern washing machines is easy.
I expect lots of people can help you.....
Manners are kind of redundant nowadays aren't they?
Did you say something?

I have the same machine, cracking washing machine until it flooded all over my new kitchen floor. Turned out that it wasn't put together properly in the factory. LG customer service absolutely shocking.
Did you get it fixed in the end, or did you replace it with something else?
No reviews is pretty scared. Slightly curious how quiet a silent wash is.
I'd advise against connecting it to WiFi by the way. It's appliances exactly like this that end up being claimed as part of a botnet which can then be controlled remotely and used to attack websites. Appliances like this are not built with security in mind, in fact not even basic security measures are taken and there will likely never be an update to fix any flaws.. if there's even an update mechanism at all.
Even if you don't care about malicious attacks consider that permanent damage could be done to it or even the fact if someone gains remote access to this washing machine they then have a route through to other devices on your network.
Don't believe me? Go on google and search "IoT botnet" or "internet of things botnet".
Thanks
Panasonic bearing is probably going like ours did twice, first time new machine with new 5 warrenty second time got a refund and got a samsung ecobubble which does the job but much longer wash times.
my samsung ecobubble = quickwash 15-25 min depending temp/spin. daily wash is approx 55-60min
Up at £639 now...
Yep me also wouldn't surprise me if this had been a misprice actually
