Seems alright if you are due an upgrade.

They don't tell you but you have too top up £10 each month for 6 months before you can upgrade I just found out last week

What is a Pay&Go upgrade?

Good deal but I can't get an upgrade even though I have 3 sims which should qualify!

Hot! Got a T-mobile SIM I've had over a year, and that qualified for the upgrade. Thanks, OP!

I never got this the last time they offered it for £9.95 - they gave some cock and bull story about waiting for more Tmobile PAYG sims to arrive, after several weeks and calls the delivery (web team) told me to cancel the order and reorder with their sales desk. I did this only to find that my PAYG sim was no longer qualifying as an upgrade as their system showed it had already had a recent upgrade. They said I'd have to call TMobile to release another upgrade code.... well rather than waste hours on the phone talking to someone at Tmobile that has no clue what I would be on about (it's bad enough when it's a really simple problem with them) I was faced with either call Tmobile or something less awful such as putting fire ants into my underpants so I asked for money back..... and still waiting for a cheque to arrive but who knows...... I put this experience down to my own greed in buying something I didn't really want or need but did because HUKD made me do it like it always does.

Not looking good for me. Got an email that begins, "Dear Customer, The order you placed through carphonewarehouse.com is currently out of stock."

some people got it last time, some had to pester them to deliver without the Tmobile SIM that they seemed pretty definite that the phone had to ship with the SIM even though I said I didn't need a SIM as I was upgrading an existing one, the whole point in fact !

Just ordered one.

Got a T-Mobile one and it is unlocked works with a three 321 sim. Poor screen, camera not good, no accelerometer, only rear facing camera, very small keyboard.....But I am amazed at how good it is for the money. As a spare backup phone it is responsive quite nippy for the spec and works really well streaming Bluetooth audio and through chromecast.

Using it as a media player myself, streaming Google Play Music to a bluetooth audio adaptor.

Can't see that price anywhere? Also is it only for people eligible for upgrades? If so, where's the cheapest phone I can buy running KitKat?
