Price drop finally but this had been at 2519.10 a few months ago. That said there is a 7 year warranty, I have bought from TPS in the past and they are very good, also they do in house calibration if you want to go the extra step.

I still want to see this below £2500 but its getting closer and closer to that level.

Also there is still the 10% off at Currys with Studentbeans that will get you to £2510 and I am sure it will not be long before Currys have another standard 10% off deal.

The price has just dropped to 2495 from 2595 at TPS on 13th Nov.

Quite a few of us would.

Come on get the actual brand of the TV in the title of your deal!

sorry fishmaster don't often post deals. Have put the brand in it as well as 4k tv and oled. As I notice if you just put in OLED in a search it does not come up.

Great price. Only 500 more than I payed for the 55 inch model. Superb TV. Picture is.. well, functionally perfect. It will ruin all screens for you. I was in a decent cinema today and all I could see were the lousy black levels

£2599 richer sounds 6 year warranty with code TV200 or argos £2519 with code TVSAVE 1 year warranty

If only it was a 66" TV

Aww well, can't win them all

Heat added but!

I have the 55" version of this Nd the picture quality is amazing. Its brilliant with ps4 pro, sky q and playing uhd's on. Also Netflix HD and Amazon prime.

On the face of it, I get your point Rick.

If like me though, your TV is the appliance you use the most, its worth the extra quality that OLED brings. I cheap out on everything else so I can afford OLED. Worth every penny.

I agree it's a lot of money but it is also the best picture you can get for that money........ Check out the reviews....

And it has dropped like a stone in price it's now getting nearer to the original price of a the 55...

Expensive divorce not withstanding this is the one I would go for...... Love the Sony A1 Oled can't afford it....

"What Is OLED?

OLED stands for organic light-emitting diode. An OLED screen is essentially comprised of millions of tiny LEDs (light-emitting diodes) that can produce light and colors individually. This is different than traditional LCD display technology, which uses a backlight to illuminate the entire display and a color filter to create the colors shown on your screen.

The individual diodes in an OLED panel are also able to turn off completely, allowing for deeper blacks than LCD, which has to block out the backlight to create a black image. However, a portion of light escapes, which is why blacks typically look grey on LCD.

So basicly it's £2,595 just to make the black parts on your tv look black? seriously, tell me this is a pisstake?

This principle of OLED pixels having the ability to produce much less light than there LCD counterparts means all dark colours are deeper on OLED. The deep blues in the MOTD studio are a good example of this.

It all adds up to an image which has much better contrast without being too bright which tires your eyes then makes it difficult to sleep.

1300-1500 in June 18
1100-1300 in Nov 18

Standard depreciation curve for this kind of tech at this point in the cycle....

Can anyone confirm how much TPS charge delivery on a TV outside of Manchester?

Got a feeling this will be massively reduced come black Friday. I will bide my time till then. CURRYS always seem to have a decent tv on a black Friday deal.

I've a feeling this will be the one. I expect it to he closer to the 2k mark but time will tell.
