This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Richer sounds are running 10% off their refurbished products for VIP members at the moment. Anyone can use the code.

Only one years warranty as opposed to 6 years when buying new, but £809 for last years entry level OLED isn't to be sniffed at.

Been running this screen since last summer and it's a brilliant piece of kit.

Some other decent prices on there as well, will list below in comments.

Beware SCREEN BURN

Beware of scaremongers that can't afford an OLED
Beware SCREEN BURN
I wouldn’t chance a refurb OLED as the technology is much more fragile.

Very tempted on the 55” Q9 though.

I would normally say calm down fun sponge but with a refurb you don't know how long it's been on a static image for
I wonder how battered they are

and lot of rot from the organic screen
It is risky only getting the year warranty. But I suppose if something is going to go , it’s normal with in the first few months .
Samsung Q9FNA £989.

That’s with a One connect box. Cracking price.

Same here buddy.

And thanks Zet

Was kicking myself I missed out on the curry's ex display deal for £1099 with 5 year warranty. But couldn't find it anywhere else

But this will have to do. Hopefully it's in good condition as there is no specific disription.

Anyone know if I can buy a good 3rd party TV insurance on this?

Agreed but to be fair to all tech, you could say the same about an LCD although maybe to lesser effect.

I wouldn't even buy a new TV with only a year guarantee.

These are customer returns that have been repaired.

No thanks.

Agree but for less than £150 more you can get the LG 55C8 brand new with a 5 year warranty here, surely this has to be worth it... Think I'm going to order the LG tomorrow after my one breaks when the wife goes to bed tonight.

Sure... oled is by far the best picture. Qled (QLCD) is just expensive lcd with local dimming... and blurred movements- no thanks

That’s if you want an OLED though. I don’t.

Q9 is currently over £1550 so at £989 it’s a huge discount.

Refurbished vs New is reflected in the price. A new one is £600 more.

Best picture? I take it you rate macro blocking as a great feature?

Every tv is flawed. Including oled.

People who say otherwise are ignorant and need to remove their rose tinted spectacles.

I will buy an oled but probably in 2-5 years time when they have become a lot better and brighter. They still have a lot of wrinkles which need ironed out.

Anyway this tv I would avoid due to 1 year warranty not worth risking £800 to save £300. I'd much rather pay £1100 for a new oled with 5 year warranty.

I'd also avoid if your looking at mainly gaming or pc use.

They are only £1100 new, so worth buying new over this

Oled's are starting to make their way to laptops. So hopefully improve in terms of brightness in the future

- Both from Richer sounds
- Both in the refurbished category
- Both allow the VIP10 code to be applied.

This thread has been discussing the different offers available as opposed to posting each one as an individual deal.

There's absolutely no problem at all with the brightness of these TVs - it's another myth used by the people who can't buy one for some reason.

Trustedreviews on the Q9

One of the most impressive TVs in recent memory.

Pros

Gorgeous brightness and colours
Impressively deep blacks
Full-array local dimming
Lovely finish

Cons

Not quite OLED levels of shadow detail
