Great TV, I've had one for a few weeks now purchased from same place. Excellent price, can be had cheaper elsewhere but well worth it at this price for the 6 year warranty!

It's the same price as the C6V currently available at Currys. The C6V is much more feature rich than the B6. That's surely the better option at the same price?

6 year warranty is impressive.

LOL prime

C6 is exactly same spec just the curved model

C6 has 3D and a faster chip, it's the reason why in all the tests the C6V performs nearly identically to the E6 model, rather than the B6...

No it isn't. The c6 has got 3d and has a better CPU. If you can stand the curve, it's the better TV.

There's nothing at all wrong with the exceptionally subtle curve on LG TVs, the only people to complain are the ones whose budget is a bit more Polaroid

They're the same price - it has nothing to do with budget!

I don't want a curved TV. If the flat was more expensive than the curved, I'd still buy the flat. Just my opinion - I think curved TVs look stupid.

Having compared the specs on the LG web site I can't see any differance in processor or os. Only physical size, obviously, with the C6 only having 3 HDMI ports while the B6 having 4, which is a key point for me, and the 3D. Although it's passive 3D so another - for me IMHO. B6 is my preference. If the E6 was anywhere near affordable I'd be in for that but there I'd never going to be an ideal time to buy so will just have to take the plunge sometimes.

The c6 has a better cpu, it's evident when you compare input lag.
Response time on c6 is noticeably less.
C6 and e6 have same cpu but for some reason the b6 is less powerful.

It won't matter to you unless the tv is going to be used for gaming.

The c6 has 3d whereas b6 doesn't, I personally think it's a gimmick but it's still worth noting.

I personally prefer the b6 because I think curved tv's look stupid when wall mounted and the e6 is too expensive but the c6 is still an objectively better tv.

Also, the E6 has that shockingly looking soundbar attached to it too.

Price point now at £1749 so no longer a buy at RS other than getting them to PM for extra year warranty...bottom line watch this space I view of new line imminent in2017 as acknowledged yesterday by Currys staff.

Same. Don't like curved TVs, plus I wall mount. Thankfully manufactures identified that most customers prefer flat and reduced heavily their curved TVs this year, next year they're expected to have even less.
