The warranty is also only one year and not 5 allowing them to be cheaper."

I asked them to double check this and made it clear I'm talking about the Reliant Direct through Amazon, and they said:
"I have just checked this for you and on Amazon and even though it says sold by reliant amazon dispatch the item themselves, any orders like these Amazon price the products because they have no holding costs so it is a little bit cheaper.
I can confirm it is just a standard 1-year manufacturers warranty if purchased on Amazon." (edited)
Spoke to them on amazon and it's 5 years (edited)
I purchased this on the buy now pay later option with installments to Barclays. A credit search was done for this leaving a footprint on my credit file. If the order gets cancelled by Amazon then of course the credit agreement gets cancelled. But does the search on my credit file get reversed also our does that remain?
I'm very credit score conscious and just recently took out a balance transfer credit card so did not want to do more than two credit applications within 6 months. I plan to buy this TV on credit wherever I get it from so will need another search if this gets cancelled.
Thanks in advance to anyone who knows
Will probably drop them to their original prices when the c3 is out to make us think we're getting a saving.
Not in a rush to buy and happy to wait until Black Friday reductions etc.
What price point do you guys think I should bite?
Also, what are people's feelings on buying a 2nd hand unit if it is still covered by warranty?
Any advice appreciated, have never bought a TV costing more than ~500 quid before!
Thanks
