LG OLED - OLED55B7V 55 Inch TV - RLR Distribution- £1599

Now I know this does not seem like much of a deal.... to be honest its not! as these were £1499 everywhere until recently!! However I am looking to buy this TV myself and this seems to be the cheapest I can find!

Really want to purchase now but also a little annoyed that it is now this price. But for anyone looking for this TV now then I believe this is possibly the cheapest.

Pretty sure Richer sounds may price match too!! maybe

Just stating the current price of an item does not warrant a listing on here I'm afraid. This website is for good deals and not just for stating the RRP of an item...

Isn't the price elsewhere £1,799
I can't possibly vote hot on the basis that this TV has been £1,499 everywhere for the last couple of months then has suddenly gone up to £1,799 about a week ago, just a few months before this years' models are due to be released.

I'm waiting to buy one myself but had been waiting to try and get one cheaper (as you have been able to previously using discount codes/cashback) but I certainly won't be buying one at this price on principle if nothing else.

The RRP Of this set is £1799!!!! So £1599 is not a deal?!?!?!?! sorry if I got something wrong!!
Some really suspicious pricing on this TV, vast number if stores seem to sell it at 1799 now... I guess LG dictate it? Sell at this price or we won't supply you....
I love my c7 but if I was looking at getting an oled now I would be steering towards the panasonic..

Why!!!??? if someone is looking for this TV... like myself and is unable to find it less than £1799 which again myself I struggled, then £1599 is a deal. I too don't agree with the pricing on this TV at the moment but none the less £1599 is still a deal compared to most other retailers.

I was well aware this would go cold and I too would not vote hot on it. I just wanted to try help anyone looking for the same TV and not pay the silly £1799 price.

Just being cheaper than the RRP doesn't necessarily make something a deal. The "RRP" of this TV is actually £2,499, but finding a site selling it for £1,999 wouldn't be a deal.

You do have a point that this is one of the cheapest sites you can buy it from at the moment, but on principle I still wouldn't buy it as it was £100 cheaper everywhere a couple of weeks ago (and hopefully will go back down again soon).

Just because it is the cheapest you can find today doesn't make it a good deal. This set has been much lower than this.

No I don't reply to every post.

You shouldn't take things so personally.

I'm pretty sure if someone is looking for this set, they can carry out a simple google search and find the same price as you did. It is not a deal and not a good price.

Not quite sure why you'd do that. No DV for a start. Then motion issues, which although Panasonic have cured some of them via firmware updates, they still have some at the moment.
Although I wouldn't buy from Raw Gadget or Digitrading myself; they sell this for £1525 delivered so this is not the cheapest deal around at the moment.

Depends on what Panasonic Tv your on about. The ez952b suffered motion problems the ez1002 didn't. At this point DV isn't important. The ez1002b is far superior to the LG oled range
Well to balance things up I agree with the OP. If you desperately need an item Now and that is the best price around then it is a deal. After all isn't what this site is all about finding the lowest price for your purchase today
This is the cheapest legit place currently selling this set by £200. Therefore HOT.
I Recommend that the Retail Price of this set should be no higher than £1499 now.
The C8 is due next month so will be interesting to see what price point that comes in at.

The B8 isn't due until June so there is still plenty of time for another price drop on this set.

Yeah it is.... so this IS a good deal on today's prices. Heat from me. JL told me that they only price match now if the 5 year warranty is also offered in the price.. I argued that they advertise the 5 year warranty as " FREE" so how can that be compared against the price at another retailer if it's called a " PRICE MATCH" not " PRICE AND ANYTHING EWE GIVE AWAY MATCH" . That's one for trading standards but I was just testing the water so not ar*ed... Could be that stock is low after the price dropped to £1499, so if demand is still high up goes the price..

It's a good deal on today's prices, but that doesn't mean it's a good deal. It's the best of a bad bunch, so a sane person would wait a few weeks/months until the inevitable price drop again.
Same price from PC word/Currys for B7 and C7.

Who said anything about me being SANE ? Waiting for the next price drop would probably at the point when the stock runs very low and they are getting them off the shelves, so you would have to be very fast and lucky to get one. Depends if you buy because you want that model and are happy with a little bit of a saving or buy just because it's cheap. There's a lot of people out there who buy something that they really don't need, Just because its a bargain.
