Shame I don’t live in Manchester. I ended up buying the 55 inch CS today for £850 on richer sounds
I think this is also around other ones. Was in Oldham and also Chester I believe. So May be all stores as was Black Friday weekend deal. (edited)

Good to see the TV you want, (not a cut down CS,) has made it below a grand. What's not to like. Hot from me.
Thank you. I was always the same…..wonder what the CS model was. I do prefer the stand in the CS model. Have same on the 48CX I got my mum last year from Costco.

But I know the C2 has the better panel on it than the CS

I bought it when it was on offer from chester the other week, was in there yesterday but couldnt see any stock of it on the shelf. so id ring before you make the journey to see if they have some if your after one from there.
Yes I’d say the same. I rang up about the Dualit Toaster and Kettle and luckily they had a fair few.

They do tend to stack these up on the higher shelf’s out the way, and only have a max of around 5 underneath where they have the display model. I found this out last year when I bought my mum the 48CX for £839.

I’ve had mine up on the wall a week now and must say im a little disappointed. Compared to my 6 year old 1st gen curved LG panel I have in another room. HD content on the C2 is washed out and full of artefacts no matter what settings I’ve tried via you tube or google tutorials. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt while the panel “beds” in but it’s not the immediate jump I was expecting after 6 years and a few generations. (edited)
I ordered a 65" but i think i might agree with you when it finally arrives. I have a spare hisense 55" tv which was the lowest/spec budget 4k at the time. I also have a main plasma.

If it isn't better than both, i'll have thrown money down the drain.

Also a lesson for me and others is that technology is not advancing as fast as the previous decade. It is a waste of money for most things, unless you desperately need it because your one brokedown. (edited)

Any idea how much was the 77" in store?
Haha no sorry buddy. I steer clear of the huge TVS. I don’t have the space. It will prob be around £5-£10. Heaped that what it is online

Brilliant TV, I got it 2 weeks ago at the same price, glad I bought it!
How do you find the stand?? Is it wobbly or is it as sturdy as the C1 is?

Going to pop along tomorrow to see if there's any left if there isn't a better cyber Monday deal

Or, if you need a soundbar, £1069 from Richer and add an LG soundbar for half price.

Or if you wanna pay £979 get it from JL. I wouldn’t get it from a random place tbh, unless you k ow the owners and such.
JL or RICHER SOUNDS if you can’t get it from Costco, although Richer Sounds took them down from their site yesterday

Thanks OP, just picked one up now. There's still 2 in stock.
Hahaha I just rang and the woman said “we sold one but had two left”.
I’m guessing you are the one

Must be quite a push to get one in a family car safely. Ford Fiesta or Honda would be a struggle?
Got it in my a3 saloon with Tons of room. Got the last one too. Just as I was getting it on the trolley some other guy was like “is that the last one and is that a good deal”? I was like…..yes and yea
