2982757.jpgWent in store to look at the OLED55B7V as mentioned on other threads and saw this TV. It's meant to be instore only across all Curry stores and seems to be same spec at the B7V. I got the last one from Belfast Forestside but there is meant to be one left at Lisburn and many more across other stores. May be a slight wild goose chase but thought I share anyways.2982757.jpg

I bought the C7 as I didn’t like the silver bezel on the B7. They’re both the same TV just that trim and a different stand. Highly recommend either!
I saw the same at my local today, but these are the display models I was told, and have been on for the past 12 months straight during the daytime. I did see screen burn on the B7, but didnt pay attention to the C7.

Apparently all the electronics like the tvs, have the power pulled overnight. so not healthy for the oled.
Good price if it isnt for the ex-display model. I bought the B7 today from Richer Sounds at £1199, I think this clearance price shows they arent going to get much cheaper, might not even get to the £1000 mark!!

Ooofff! Would not touch that with a barge pole of true. Burn in with OLED is related to cumulative hours of display, not consecutive hours of similar content. A panel with that mileage on it is not worth the gamble. Also, the only thing that helps prevent burn in is the compensation cycle that runs automatically when it’s in standby. If they’re pulling the plug every night then that isn’t happening. Pay the extra £50 for a B7 from Richer/JL
As others. Go get a new one for £50 more

It was 1050 in my local when I checked last Wednesday, but wouldn't chance it, as no returns as its sold as seen, regarding burn in issues. Their b7v had obvious signs of burn in.
