Understand it doesn’t have the warranty but some people like to live life on the edge
From mine and my families personal experience I would say quite probably. Parents Samsung lost all audio just after a year, the Hanspree I got them have a two inch coloured bar at the top after 4 years, my brother LG plasma had load go wrong with it after about two years, load of green bars on the screen etc, my other brothers Samsung plasma had pink bits when there is a very white area, that ones about 4 years old.
Just called Richer Sounds, they won't price match due to the warranty only being 1 year and that they can't guarantee whether it'd be UK stock.
Alternatively I contacted richer sounds about the b7 they said they could offer me £1419 with a 6 year warranty. Assume they would offer others the same. In that situation £21 extra for the warranty is a no brainier.
Ah yes, that mades sense as they currently have £80 off TV code.
They offered me the exact same. I mentioned the c7 but they explained the stock issue due to it being a PC World exclusive and they don’t get large amounts of stock for this item.
The TV is available at Peter Tyson for £1399 using the code SPRING-55b7-100 (5 year warranty)

However, Richer Sounds will price beat if you call them giving it you for £1379 and 6 years warranty.
Saw this info on the deal for the B7 👌
OLED still has high failure rate in manufacture so pricing reduction still won't get near LCD/led anytime soon. Pricing reduction is from reduced margin rather than improved supply volume and reduced cost. Seems like MicroLED might get in the game before OLED pricing comes down to midrange cost going at this rate, if they can put it in something smaller that 60 inch..... Think my TV has another 18-24 months before I need to start thinking about what I will need.
I can’t wait for that, I want the C over the B because of the stand and the pure black bezel which I think will look better at night, so popping into Curry’s tomorrow to take advantage of their 5y guarantee and 18months interest free credit
I had the same problem!!!!!
Bloody thing was perfect after 12 years!!!! Damned Plasma TVs!!!!
Ended up selling it in order to justify a new oled tv last year.
I have ordered the B7 from RS last week end for £1369 with 6 years warranty.
