Yes
Great price
Good stuff!
New lowest price for this model? Tracked this to £1199 just before BF.
More than likely will go to £1050 in the coming month's as that was the lowest the C8 went for if my memory serves just before this came out

Many reports that the LG OLED technology has peaked and they are focusing on rollable and 8k. If the C10 is announced, it will make improvements but not expected to be anything significant compared to the C9.

I've submitted a price match with JL. Will they pricematch with the discount code?

That's my thinking too. OLED has it's limits but there are always things that can help improve it. Both Samsung and LG are looking at using a single colour oled with quantum dot film to provide self emissive pixels but with better colour and reduced burn in (blue OLEDs last longer than other colours) there is also some neat tricks with polarising tech that means you can remove the polarising filter and increase brightness.

Doesn't always work like that but we can hope
Must resist. If I buy this I'll have to buy a RTX graphics card, and my 1070 Ti still feels new...

Got last years model for £1399 - brilliant telly - don’t worry about negative scare stories about screen burn - just isn’t true

You want to wait for next gen graphics cards with hdmi 2.1 outputs to get the full benefit, as none of current gen cards have that to my knowledge.
where did the code come from would like a price match with jl thanks
Code doesn’t work?
I wish I was brave like you to go for a oled just now. To many burn in screen problem at the moment reading owners around.

Am at a relatives and they have a LG not sure if its a C8 or B maybe one before but last year I noticed some lines down the right side of the screen, I'm back here for Christmas and the left side is a mess you can see the QVC menu and the big Q underneath, they had no idea about screen burn so had to explain to them that they had left it on QVC for long periods of time, so it is very possible you could get screen burn if you are careless
