FINALLY! Managed to get the TV price beat by RS sales team directly for £1379 just now. I did try calling 5 different stores directly but all of them wouldn’t budge because the model numbers were different.

The telesales guy said they’re the same TV so he just price beat it. He’s put a note on the system for anyone else wanting to call about the 65” C2 and price beat it.

    Good luck!

Thanks for this mate I just did the same!

Are these C2s good in bright living rooms (reflections etc)?
    Rolefitleader's avatar
Hi,the screen above 55inch and above have a 30% brighter the there small model counterparts
But the reflective screen is not great in a room with lots of sun light, the screen does a Amazing job with blacks , I'd personally not buy this if you have a room that gets a lot of sunshine.

Nice. Hundred quid cheaper would be nicer
    micronX7's avatar
£300 would be better but it is what it is.

Anyone bought from RGB? Are they alright to buy from or should I wait until someone like Currys or RS drop down to the same price?
    Imperial_'s avatar
Reading the reviews on Google rather than trustpilot and it's a bit off putting regarding aftersales. I'm tempted to buy but going to wait.
  5. JayJey's avatar
Grrr can’t price match it to RS!
    JayJey's avatar
It’s incredibly silly right!? It’s the exact same spec just a tiny small variant with either the stand or colour of the casing but either way RS won’t match it. Still keeping hopefully for 2 hours when BD sales start and RS may just drop the price!

Just gone and bought this. Was free delivery for me up to Edinburgh.

Actually buzzing to get this TV.

Loses channels on Freeview quite consistently...had to rescan 5 times in last 2 weeks...aerial signals perfect
    Rolefitleader's avatar
Hi,do you switch your TV off at the main or do you leave it on Standby?
  8. amjadi1011's avatar
    This or Sony XR65A80KU?
    t_taylor's avatar
I had the a80k in mind too till I saw a YouTube video showing how it turns loads of things blue and the reds are apparently like blood orange red and not proper red. Ultimately the C2 was cheaper and it can support Dolby vision 120hz on the ps5

    Cheapest it’s been I beliece
    Rod_SmithmPK's avatar
It was this price 22 days ago

Hi,I have the 42 inch version of this I have my series x connect to it and it's great for gaming and I've been watching quite a a few 4k movies and I have to say it a fabulous TV for the money,I would have loved to buy this size but had limitations where it could go sadly as have a multi fuel range in sitting room.
But this size must be great for gaming and movies.
    Good price
    iby2012's avatar
even better at 55/65" as it gets another 10% brighter too
  11. jazzy_X5M's avatar
Any deals on the 77” at all?
    jespat88's avatar
Would also want 75” or bigger -

I’ve got a Philips Ambilight 65”, 2019 model - the rep at JL for Samsung was mentioning to get 8K if you’re going bigger than 75>, but the Neo QLED are so expensive still.

    what are peoples opinions?

    £75 delivery? Ouch
    Rod_SmithmPK's avatar
    So not £1399

What's to the dead pixel policy when buying a LG TV like this from a retailer
  14. lewis.wrightnMJ's avatar
Will Curry's price match this TV ??
  15. lewis.wrightnMJ's avatar
LG SP11RADGBRLLK is this sound bar any good are worth getting with a TV

Depends on how much it is.
  16. JayJey's avatar
Was waiting for JL or RS to drop their prices but they haven’t. Now tempted to bite with this company but the Google reviews aren’t promising with them. Can anyone here as an experienced customer of RGB vouch for them??
    Ouzoherb's avatar
Not the company but domestic and General are excellent with the warranty if it's with them
  17. TommyC's avatar
Is the TV white at the back? Is that the difference between this and RS?
    Sanmiguel80's avatar
I believe the models ending in D and B are white and the A’s are black
  18. mturzo's avatar
Will this TV go down any more ?
    Naruto's avatar
I predict this will go down to £1200-1300 around May/June 2023. If you really want this TV I would just pay the extra £100.
  19. lewis.wrightnMJ's avatar
Are the Curry's tec protection worth getting on top of the 5 year warranty that comes with them by the manufacturer gives the sales rep is saying it's not that good and I should buy the Curry's one too
    JayJey's avatar
I may be mistaken but this TV model isn’t listed on currys so you won’t be able to price match it
  20. Cloring95x's avatar
Has anyone had an order confirmation? I placed earlier and still nothing checked my account it says waiting on response from customer but no email from then 🫣 is it legit?
    DarthBarry's avatar
I bought it about 10am this morning and got my email confirmation about 45 minutes after placing the order. Delivery is Thursday 29th Dec.
  21. Cloring95x's avatar
Apparently they aren’t in stock anymore but have them coming in beginning of January. So the reason I didn’t get my order confirmation is because they wanted to know if I was happy to wait and they will honour the price still 😄
    t_taylor's avatar
So that could be next week or in 5 weeks lol
  22. tallphilc's avatar
Only issue with these OLED is burn in. Two year old C7 with sound bar and it has Netflix logo on bottom right and pixel refresh won’t fix it. Screen is ruined.. worn but another OLED unless the technology improves with respect to burn in.
    Ouzoherb's avatar
Apparently they have got a lot better but time will tell. From what I read they have 30% extra redundancy built in, so the damage is still occurring but you dont see it.
  23. mej24's avatar
Random question; 65inch OLED or 75inch QLED
    NoNamesLeftWhy's avatar
2 entirely different products, you need to do some research.
  24. gixxerguyk8's avatar
Great tv I have the 55” c2 and also 55” c1 also great
  25. rstmg's avatar
Been waiting for this price and I want the white back (tv will be in front of a bay window and think the white won’t get as hot as black).
Unfortunately it appears the promotion offer has expired.
    SavouryPilot's avatar
Yup kicking myself was meant to order last night but didn’t and now the code has expired
  26. mdcottam's avatar
I’ve just had an email stating order not processed delay of 4-6 weeks.
If I were to proceed and wait what are RGB like should it come down in price even more? Could I cancel and reorder elsewhere? (edited)

Just an update, got this delivered yesterday and played around with it more today. What a TV! Literally in love with it. PS5 looks and plays stunning on it
    JayJey's avatar
This is exactly what I bought mine for! Excited to hook the PS5 up and see how it plays.
Current Samsung TV (only 4 years old) keeps blinking screen. I originally thought it was a faulty PS5 but when I swapped it for another it gave the same problem. Seems there’s a known fault between PS5 and Samsung TVs (not QLEDs) - Reddit has plenty of posts about this.
