Impeccable 4K OLED for Perfect Black, Perfect Colour
Fusing OLED tech with 4K resolution, this set’s contrast, colour and clarity make viewing simply one-of-a-kind. OLED pixels are self-lighting, meaning that they can switch on-and-off individually to conjure inky blacks and super-bright whites. Unlike regular 3 colour pixels (RGB) in LED screens, LG’s panel has 4 colour pixels (WRGB) with an added white sub-pixel. This delivers ultra-fine colour gradation and a colour palette that’s virtually true-to-life. With 33 million of these pixels, this 4K OLED set is a majesty to behold, achieving perfect black, perfect colour and perfect clarity.

OLED HDR with Dolby Vision
LG are one of the forerunners of colour-boosting High Dynamic Range (HDR). As members of the UHD Alliance, they've delivered top-shelf OLED HDR with a staggering 10-bit colour depth. This means that there are over a billion individual colours to deepen your view and show shades you’ve never seen in home entertainment before. Usually, studios are forced to dilute the colour of their shows and films to fit on our TVs. Now, HDR screens like the W7 can channel content from studio-to-living room with the same precision and utterly otherworldly hues. Better yet, the W7 is one of the few sets to be compatible with Dolby Vision content – a special standard that loads on even more mind-blowing colour and contrast. This set also features Multi HDR support and Active HDR so whatever entertainment you're enjoying, you'll always get the full, glorious HDR treatment with pin-point accuracy.

Fabulous 4K
To respond to screens getting bigger, brands have packed their screens with more pixels. This 65-inch screen has four times the number of pixels than 1080p HD TVs, delivering stunning realism, natural motion and incredible detail. Experience this high-spec picture across a range of broadcasts, movies, sports and more thanks to 4K upscaling. As it converts lower resolution content to near-4K quality, anything you watch on the big screen will be truly extraordinary.

Seamless webOS 3.5 Smart Platform
Revolutionising the way you watch and experience entertainment on your LG TV is the award-winning Smart TV webOS platform. Delivering a simple connection, simple switching and simple discovery, there is more entertainment available than ever before. You can stream Sky Movies or Sports through NOW TV, 4K UHD content through Netflix or Amazon, the latest movies and TV from Google Play and TalkTalk TV stores and even music from Spotify or YouTube.*

Marvellous Magic Remote
The latest Magic Remote (supplied) lets you navigate with the point, gesture, wheel and voice control. The scroll wheel is ideal for browsing the web while finger gesture control lets you navigate at the touch of a finger. And then there is voice activation which gives you hands free control, if you prefer.

OLED Hub with Dolby Atmos Sound
The LG OLED Hub with Dolby Atmos is the next step in audio immersion. Specifically designed for LG wallpaper TV, the Hub houses upward firing speakers that fully realise the potential of Dolby Atmos. This tech places sound within three dimensions for a stunningly enveloping soundscape. The result is unbelievably realistic, spatially detailed audio that places you firmly at the centre of your entertainment.

Still expensive but falling in price dramatically. Maybe next black Friday 600 quid 🤞
Was about it to buy 2 for £7k , saved me selling my kidney. Heat
Hopefully next year they drop the soundbar & have a Samsung style one connect box instead.
Decent price compared to what it was!
Beautiful TV. Saw this in Selfridges and my jaw literally dropped! Same panel as the E7 which I got but yet to put up lol.
Ordered one for the spare room and shed

Yes 55 inch. Mine was £1499 from John Lewis. LG confirmed the cashback this week so 500 back making it £999
This is £2k for a soundbar, buy the visually identical B7, it has the same panel and image processing, and spend the change on a top end sound system or even save some money and just buy a decent sound system. Either way you'll end up with a better overall result.

LG really messed up their marketing this year.

No it wasn’t. Got one too. Matched reliant direct over live chat with JL for 1599.00 and Cashback 500 as JL was participating in promotion. Mine worked out 1099 because I did it late. Reliant direct was offering 1499.00 for couple of hours but I didn’t get it then. There are threads here on hukd about that. Also Cashback validation went through couple days ago. It’s E755
Beautiful tv.
These TVs will drop again just before next years models come out...CES 2018 is 2 weeks away when they announce the new models

So if you have plenty of money you should just not care about looking after it and just pay full price for everything. When you have plenty of money you have bargaining power, this is why people can't do the deals Warren Buffet does because there's simply no way they can afford to. I don't know anyone whose rich and has a brain who doesn't always seek to make the most of their money.
The only problem I see with the wallpaper Tv (for me at least) is that currently I have a 51 Plasma, around 1 1/2 foot away from the wall on a stand.

Getting this at 65 and putting it on the wall, unless I moved the sofa forward, would prob appear the same viewing size from where I am sat, because it is further back. Plus then would loose the benefit of seeing 4k over 1080p.

Unless I’m mistaken, the really to see a visual size upgrade, I would need the 77inch version, but then that’s the price of a small semi detached upt north

Nonsense. I have 5k to spend on a tv because I'm on this site

Thats just crazy paying that much for a tv
May seem like a crazy price, but I used to sell Colour Laptops for £15,000+ when they first came out! Desktops were £2,500 but that was with a huge 8mb ram and 320mb HD LOL

They are nice TVs. I had Sony last year. 55 9305 which is just level under their OLED one, but I ended up returning it as I had 7 (not joking) replacements. Had all sorts of issues from dead pixels to glue like streaks under the screen panel, also two units burned out somehow, so went to LG. Awesome TVs, nice picture and quicker web os to Sony’s Android.

Just keep you eyes pealed and notifications for oleds on. I managed to get the JL deal on the 65. Had LG confirm my cashback this week so will have paid £1700 for the e7 65 inch when it gets paid. Right place right time, and the tv is stunning. Worth the £2500 price match even without the further £800. Good luck with your search.

Nothing for them to pick up on. John Lewis told me it would be £500 cashback regardless of the price.

Bargain for me as i prefer watching movies on a tv than my phone. Shame I didn’t have space for the 65!

Lol
I got the OLED55B7V for £1350 in the Currys Black Friday deal...£3150 more, for the exact same panel and image processor does not compute, all be it at 65".
