Im after a decent sound bar (not a seperate sub) preferably LG so one remote with TV for not a ball bustiong price is this any good?
Hope this helps.Just purchased.
Which score of 67%
The SJ2 didn't blow us away, but it's still worth considering, given the price. With a decent score in our sound quality tests, this sound bar could add a little extra quality to your TV without breaking the bank.

What type of sound bar is it?

It's a relatively small sound bar with a wireless Bluetooth subwoofer. But its size belies its power, and with the added oomph in the bass from that subwoofer, it can manage to fill a decent-sized room.

It has a digital audio optical input and a 3.5mm input, either of which can be used to hook it up to your TV. There's no HDMI ARC input, though. Like most sound bars, it can double up as a wireless speaker by connecting your smartphone via Bluetooth.

How does it sound?

We preferred it for dialogue and films, rather than just music - that's perhaps no surprise given that TV sound is its bread and butter.

Speech is crystal clear. And with a good range across bass and treble, it lends itself to the sound effects you find in the latest Hollywood blockbusters.

But we were left wanting a just little more from the SJ2. It doesn't quite have the impact you'll find from bigger, more expensive sound bars. That said, it's a decent performer for the price.
good price, but I picked up for £50 at Sainsburys in June
Cheapest I can find at the moment.
haiderinho how do you rate the performance
was good for gaming, kids use it for ps4, Good bass, does well on songs and music too. Better than the cheapy £30/£40 ones
It seems that it has more favourable reviews than the SJ3?
