Great price, HEAT ADDED, however its worth noting, some LG soundbars have an issue with lip-syncing, I got one for my parents, this issue tends to affect a lot of OPTICAL based LG soundbars, I noticed in some reviews on this it seems to have a similar issue, the TIP is, to set it to around -80 milliseconds, and use BYPASS mode setting on the soundbar to get the best out of it, the other sound modes can either have far to much bass, far to much treble or over enhance dialog & soundscapes.

Does anyone know if this can be controlled via the sky remote? Rather than having to use the LG remote. I have an Anker one at the minute which is separate so It doesn’t get used.
What can this compare with in similar price range?

No you can only use native remotes with HDMI-ARC.

In theory if your connected via blutooth then your normal TV remote and sky remote should work to raise and lower volume
