First off I am sure this isn't exclusive to set people as I was already signed into a Now TV account.

But I just noticed a 'new' banner on my LG Smart TV that stated '3 months free Sky Movies and a week Sky Sports pass + 2 sports day passes'

The 3 months is instant with the sports passes to follow in email.

Apologies if this has been posted, I did search.

Available to 2012 and 2013 models as per small print.

Worth a look.

I was signed into a 4 month pass I got with a Now TV box last month, signed out and joined again on this offer.

Thank you op, I have an LG smart TV at home so I'll check it out later

Worst sign up form I've ever used but 3 months free is excellent.

It must be 2014 TV's as well, I'm in the middle of buying a new tele from Richer Sounds and the LG ones all say 3 months movies pass.
I only ever sign up to Now Tv when they offer a free PSN code lol, I can't standard the picture quality on Now Tv it's terrible.

My mistake mate, I meant 2013/2014

I got mine in 2012 so I dont get the offer :-(

Any idea how long this lasts for? I already have movies and sports so may need it at a later date

it's basically saying I have 30 days trial and then goes up to £8.99.
seems like its not gone through right for me, did you guys do anything special like add a voucher or something?
I'm thinking maybe it's because when I bought this TV last year it came with a offer of 6 months free now TV movies which I used.
but then why would it offer me it

i've just got off live chat also and hey confirm the offer has not been applied and they are escalating it to a team to look into,
But i've seen THIS and this seems to say it must be redeemed within 28 days of buying the tv.
i don't think its give me it as i've had a offer from them before and they must check it somehow...
oh well worth a shot still got the 30 days

I signed up for this too but was given 30 days trial only.

Chatting to online support... (LIVE CHAT) but the operator is dumb as a cabbage.

She says I didn't follow the procedure correctly but doesn't even know what the correct procedure is.

Keeps asking me the same question but hasn't got a clue herself.

Already explained to her that I followed the onscreen instrctions step by step.

But she insists I didn't follow the procedure correctly and that's why the offer wasn't applied to my account but doesn't offer a resolution.

Grrrr....!! P***ing me off now.

Thanks. I did offer to send her the picture but she just didn't have a clue. I lost my temper with her but then calmed down an apologised.

I did express that I didn't think she understood anything I had said or knew what to do as she kept asking silly questions.

Anyway she passed my details on to another team who will get back to me by email. Hmm..

Have to wait and see now.....

Did you get this sorted? I am just having the same problem

Still having big problems trying to get this offer sorted. Keep being told by Live Chat (who are utterly useless) to sign up with new account via LG dashboard... on my 3rd attempt now and still not gettng offer! NOW TV refusing to help stating it is an "LG offer" so not their problem! Terrible customer service!

Yes me too! Ages on line with them only to suggesting resetting my LG to its factory defaults and trying again!! NOW TV seem useless at solving any issue you present them with hence I've just cancelled. Shouldn't be surprised as it is owned by Sky after all.

Did any of the people here get the sign up problems resolved with NowTV?

I signed up via a new LG tv before the offer ended and NowTV say they cant see where the offer was signed up from, so they cant give me the free movies and sports passes.

NowTV support is among the very worst I have ever dealt with. Completely and utterly useless.
