To the tv models
Other major difference is that it has a display port connection which is useful if you're using a Mac. It does, though, also lack some of the functionality that comes with the TV - predominantly the lack of Dolby.
The footprint is definitely better for a desk than the 48" equivalent if you aren't going to mount it, otherwise, personally I'd go with the C1/C2.
For instance this one where they've stated the minimal difference between this and the TV which is cheaper 🤷♂️
