Really that FreeSync range should drop below 30Hz, some games are locked to it. It's a shame.

That is a shame LG can't just add a little bit of juice to this and it would be amazing.

the 60fps kills this

Had a look at this myself last week, it is a good price for what you get. The only panels higher than 60 hz with this spec will set you back £750. Unless you are into competitive FPS gaming then running this screen at 60 fps shouldn't be an issue in most games.

Personally I am holding off for the Samsung CF791 monitor. Costs an extra £300 but increases screen refresh rate to 100Hz, uses a VA panel with quantum dot technology and has the most aggressive curve of any monitor on the market.

with ultrawide you want curve too I had 34 LG not curved and it was a bit weird but soon I bought acer x34 freesync one I am in love also Overclocked mine to 85hz pure pleasure playing now

Even that is "48 – 100Hz unconfirmed" -overclockers.co.uk unfortunately.

Mite be some interesting developments @ CES in a few days, maybe wait 'til then?
