Same price at a few sites including John Lewis who give free 2 year warranty.
What are the codes ?
If you get perkbox through work, they have instant 7% off when you buy e-codes for Curry's
OP please correct your description note. This is not a 2019 model. The 2019 models are V series, have A I DD and the lower part of the display panel is grey.

This comes with 5 year warranty once you register
Great machines.. I've the 9kg version and it is a cracking machine.. Direct drive motor is the way to go.. Seen these 10kg versions at £600 in Curry's not so long ago.. Probably different model but much the same machines.. 10kg drum is massive.. Good spot op..

Just to add that the core internals of the low to middle range LG washers are the same. Same components, same quality and durability, same controls, same 6 motion DD system, same inverter motor with 10 year warranty, same quiet operation and same high performance.

The only differentials are drum capacity, steam, turbo wash wi-fi and cosmetic embellishments.

It's often said that it's always better to buy an entry level model from a quality manufacturer, than a high end model from a cheap one. Some upmarket manufacturers, such as Miele feel a bit basic if you go entry level, but LG standard specification is so good, you don't feel you're missing out in quite the same way.

They've quoted me £50 for delivery to Birmingham

I was really gutted. A few days earlier I had bought a 10kg Beko for £379 as I desperately needed a washer after my Samsung packed up . It's ok, decent performance etc but makes a racket on the spin cycle and need an extra spin as doesn't get as much moisture out as the Samsung did Yes I have removed the transit bolts

Scroll further up this thread and you'll see that heshaam_mughal was quoted £50 for delivery to Birmingham. Bearing in mind that Sonic Direct are based in Bradford, it looks like that the in-store or phone up deals are only going to be cost effective for delivery if you happen to live locally to them. They appear to be a National supplier when you go onto their website, but it's since emerged that delivery charges are hidden in the T&C's.

It's not a 2019 model, but neither are the Currys' deals. It would still have been a step up though had it not been ruined by those hidden delivery charges.
Thanks OP. Just ordered from Currys for £384 using code: MDA15R

Order subtotal £399.00
Discount- £15.00
Delivery Free
Total (inc VAT) £384.00

Could that racket on the spin cycle indicate a faulty machine? My mother-in-law ordered an 8KG washer with this fault and a small bulge above the control panel. She called Currys (got passed around a bit) and as by this time the Black Friday deals started, asked them to swap it over to 9KG model as the price was the same. The replacement is perfect. Maybe you have a good case to reject it on the basis of that rattle?

Nope, it's just louder than the Samsung was, more so when it's trying to balance the load. It's done many washes since I've had it. I know it's ok as some relatives have Beko and there's are even louder. I would have just preferred an LG for obvious reasons but budget was tight. If it lasts me 2-3 years I'll be happy enough. It cleans clothes well and is about as top of the range as a Beko gets lol.
Did anyone notice the Quidco cash Back

It works out much better compared to using the 15 voucher code ?

Do you think the 14% will work in a Washing machine ?
