Yes u can

Darn, looks good but the sport version has much more functionality... I'll wait for that perhaps; heat added though!

Just bought one. Hadn't even heard of it, this site... It kills me!

Does it have a speaker to play music uploaded to the memory?

Just go to checkout and select the voucher tab then enter what it asks.

Delivery is now free for orders over £50. I noticed this the other day and my local store confirmed they’ve dropped the postage cost, which is great as now you don’t feel obliged to stack orders. That said, the only reason I went into store was to return a wrong item so still up to their usual tricks (or lack of care)!

Bear in mind this LG W270 is missing GPS and HR as well as having a short battery life - just things to consider as this might be something you overlook or take for granted (I expected most smartwatches to have HR and GPS at least these days).

Good advice to warn people of what to expect - this was always designed as a slim, elegant but simple smart watch.

I was being serious though - we almost take it for granted that these all of these things include optical HR (which I don’t care about as it’s so inaccurate during activity) and GPS (which is good with the correct support). I’m in the Garmin ecosystem for the Fenix which is about all the ‘smart’ I actually want in a smartwatch - my phone is always so nearby that any app I can access on a watch is always better on the phone anyway. And the Garmin lasts a week with heavy GPS usage, it’ll definitely last an Ironman

That's a benefit to me. I use a Garmin for activity (Vivoactive and Edge 1000) and don't need the bloat. I just wanted something slim and smart looking, personally.

If the battery if shite though it'll be on eBay.

Well, I wish the Garmin watches allowed you to take calls or send canned responses - I was thinking about having a cheap Apple Watch for when I'm out riding to deal with that.

Type 'LG W270 battery' into Google and most of the reviews state battery life as a con, CNET was particularly damning. If it's useless though just return it to CeX for all your money back, don't bother with eBay unless you want to lose it all to fees and some idiotic buyer who claims it's faulty, Distance Selling has its benefits...

Any recommendation for cheap heart rate watch? I have a Xiaomi band 2 but the heart rate reading stopped after about a month! Maybe I should buy a replacement but there's recently been a post for the Xiiaomi Amaxfit for just over £50 on preorder, so maybe go with that?

In the past Polar watches seemed popular, maybe I'll do a search for them later or tomorrow? I'll look forward to your response!

TIA Steve.

The Xiaomi is probably fine. If you want accurate HR during exercise then best to get a chest strap. Depends on your needs and what you want from the whole package

No NFC either.
