More like a g3 revamped
Why did you both get this wrong? Haha
It's like a G4.
No problem at all, that's pretty much what most flagships run with, certainly my U11 lasts best part of two days.
It's not only that it's the less power efficient chip and older version of android you will be lucky this get through the day on this phone but far from good battery life on this.
So yes, here is my apology to everyone who I gave a hard time to about the bootloop issue.
Extremely likely not forgetting that some had to return theirs abroad after developing issues within days. If you must buy, pay a little more and buy it from eglobalcentral EBay shop. See an earlier post few weeks ago.
Huh?
Shame it's not "like a G6"
"Now I'm feelin so fly like a G6
Like a G6, Like a G6
Now now now now now now I'm feelin so fly like a G6"
Should be ok as it was mainly pre 2016 lg's with that issue, this model was first released summer 2016 so should be fine.
Battery life is fine, unless you game a lot. Games kill the battery. And it runs HOT when under heavy load too.
The camera is worse than the G4 by some margin. Can't seem to autofocus so you're rarely able to take good, quick snaps.
The screen is nice and sharp, performance is strong. It didn't struggle with anything threw at it.
WiFi was a problem. It didn't like reconnecting to known WiFi signals without disconnecting and reconnecting. Some were okay - wasn't consistent.
The fingerprint scanner is generally good feels a bit loose, and mine stopped working once or twice.
It's also hard to find good cheap cases and screen protectors for.
I sent it back because of the afformentioned problems and bought a G5 from O2 for £90.
Honestly, the G5 is SO much nicer. The camera is better, performance is slick as hell for a 2gb ram handset. Pure Android, 1080p screen, decent battery, fast charging...
Threw on a Spigen case and a tempered glass protector and it's virtually indistinguishable from my partner's Galaxy S7. Glorious.
No worries mate. I won't touch a second hand g4 for this very issue. LG used to be gold star that is why they are crap cold from me
Yep I had an LG and got the dread boot loop. Seems most do going by comments and LG don’t seem to do much about it
Also even if it breaks within a year (likely) or LG extend the warranty by another year for boot loops, and it breaks within that extra year (highly likely) they will not replace this, since it's HK stock.
Have ordered Dec 4 and received today
From previous threads, proceed with extreme caution and if you are lucky and receive the handset do not expect any support whatsoever...try sending them a presales email and time how long they take to respond ..if they even do.

This website additional information seems to indicate the extendable batteries are compatible
