Apparently the ALDI cycle event starts 29th April according to customer services
Good to know, thanks
I've been waiting for this, have some heat!
Heat, been waiting for this. Anyone know if the pump does presta valves and if any good? Also bike stand looks decent, any use?
Thanks for listing. It's a shame they don't do their cycling shoes any more - they last for almost ever but mine have just about had it after many years.

Also a shame that you have to pay for a silly light in the back of the helmet, which runs on an annoying non-rechargeable coin cell.
I had some of the waterproof panniers from lidl years ago and they were rubbish. The mounts broke after less than a month of commuting. Replaced them with some Red Cycling Products (RCP) which were dearer but have lasted years of use and abuse without skipping a beat and still look like new when i give them a wipe down.

The bike stands are excellent value though, really robust and make washing and maintaining a bike so much easier. Just remember not to go clamping a carbon frame on the top tube (like most adverts for stands seem to show). Rotate the mount 90° and use the seat post.

Does both but leave it well alone if its made of plastic, best paying extra for steel
That chain cleaner looks decent for a fiver
Husband is a keen cyclist and bought the stand last time you had it for sale and it’s been really good.
The pump is a great bit of kit. It even comes with a needle to pump up footballs!!

It does have Presta, they’re not the most robust of things, had two break and as for the gauge, not the most accurate. It’s worth investing in a decent track pump, yes more expensive but will last you for years to come, Joe Blow is where it’s at. Basically I’d use Lidl one as a backup not main pump
I got the panniers bags last year in the sales at Lidl for £8 great no problem used for touring for few days and waterproof
Is that the Nazi Wehrmacht cross on the front of those saddles?

They look good value though but always worth checking ebay etc as stuff like lighting and workstands can be cheap on there.
Do not buy those pannier bags, unless you're broke. They are awful.

I'm sure Lidl could design something much better and charge £20-£30 for them given the number of stores they have.

These things are made to look like expensive panniers like Ortleib but they're nothing like them and won't last long.

Anyone had any issues with the helmet? I dropped mine in the house on laminate flooring and there was a small dent where it had bent inwards
