Thank you OP. I always forget which weekend these are on.

arhhh I just spent £40.00 in lidl yesterdsy

use it against the drill currently on sale at £39.99 (obviously adding something cheap to take it over £40) & you have a very competent li-ion drill with 3 year warranty for around £35

Thanks op, just got mine first time I've gone and got a paper to get one of these- so for any others the same- confusingly the banner on front page of Daily Mail says ' £3 off at Waitrose' , but the voucher is on a leaflet inside the magazine. Tbh, missed the fact that I could've bought Daily Express for 5p cheaper, will remember next time! ( don't buy the Sun) . Thought the Waitrose was a voucher and was going to offer to anyone who wanted it on here, no use to me, but it's some bonus for when you sign up for a Waitrose card

Not Northern Ireland

Thanks you much appreciated

I was debating the Lidl drill deal on the offer day (Monday) - but the voucher is the deal clincher for me.

I've just purchased the Parkside 18v Li-Ion Hammer drill and a pot of double cream for £35.78

My local Lidl still had more than 20 drills available - plus several of the jigsaws and circular saws.

Can the supplement be picked up instore?

If you purchase the paper in Lidl - then the magazine with voucher should be in it.
It isn't in the Lidl store distributed version of the magazine

The last weekend £5 voucher offer, Lidl checkout staff were asking customers with a £40+ bill if they wanted to purchase the paper for the £5 off

When the checkout girl had scanned my voucher today, she just screwed it up and threw it on the floor behind her.
I probably could have just picked it up and used it again (with a bit of ironing lol) as I think that they're all the same barcode number
Perhaps someone with two vouchers can confirm?
Or compare yours with my voucher in #2

Anyone thinking about purchasing one of the three Lidl Parkside 18v Li-Ion power tools, spare batteries are available for £15.96 DELIVERED!

To the poster above me should could get in trouble for that. When cashed up they can see how many vouchers have been put through and will count how many vouchers she has. If its in the bin it wont be counted for her lol.

The barcode is the same though to answer your question

I just purchased a Sun newspaper (don't worry - I'm not gonna read it lol) so I have a £5 voucher available for all the Lidl offers coming this Thursday.
The "See you in Venice" clothes promotion looks good for both men's and women's wear.

The barcode on the Sun/Lidl mag voucher is different - 2033 - 1825
Perhaps it's so Lidl know what paper you read

Cheers dude picked up my copy today!

We get the Mail delivered every day (not my choice; it's a truly terrible newspaper!).
I've just discovered via this thread that our delivery guy has been stealing the vouchers -- and has been doing so for months! Seriously, what is with people these days. You pay over the odds to keep local shops in business - only to then be screwed over by them on a regular basis!

The trouble is that sometimes (as was this weekend) the Lidl magazine (along with Mail Weekend magazine) is not in a sealed plastic bag.
Nothing to stop someone removing it from the paper in the shop either.

If the voucher is ever missing, phone the Mail helpline listed in the deal description between 9am and 6pm 'till Tuesday and they'll send you a Lidl magazine with the voucher to arrive by Friday

The thing is, it is delivered to us at about 2am. So it won't have been taken by a customer....just by the newsagent themselves! Annoying.

Thanks for the tip though about calling up the Mail. Too much effort though to be honest :). I guess we'll just switch our buying habits to some other newsagent who actually values the custom.

It's on a leaflet apparently. If you have your newspaper delivered, it's probably been nicked (like ours was!)

Crap, bought DM in Asda, didn't know there was supposed to be Lidl magazine...

I'm waiting for aldi voucher.... Whenever that may come....

For anyone that wants to claim the magazine through email... you will need to provide the unique lottery number on the back of the paper... "In order to send you a replacement copy, we would like to request the Unique Number (Daily Mail Lottery Number) located on the back page of the newspaper in question."

Freephone or e-mail them (see deal description) and ask them to send you one - even if you have to give them the DM lottery number on the back page.
It'll arrive by Friday at the latest
It'll only take a few minutes
I bet that Lidl won't be pleased to know that their magazine (with the voucher) was in the Daily Mail today with the DM Weekend Magazine without any sealed protection - especially in supermarkets.

Anyone could have just helped themselves oO

Thanks for posting. We usually get the Telegraph on Saturdays, so suggested O.H. check that the Lidl leaflet was inside before buying. Thanks, heat added.

Ah, so the catch is you have to buy from a choice of the worst newspapers the UK has to offer.

I just got a reply from them saying it was only in certain areas but my paper didn't have one it and thats the only reason i purchaised it

If it's the Daily Mail and - you can be bothered - try the Freephone number
They probably won't question the postcode reference and just send you the magazine

Used this and bought more than alcohol product :-)
