I can't find that deal. Was it true?

I also couldn't find it
bhaskarsa22/08/2019 10:03

I couldn't find the offer in todays metro

Same here, no voucher in Sheffield metro
Sorry my bad it's in Thursdays paper, I was half asleep x
MSE Update 9am Thu 22 Aug: The Metro frustratingly gave us wrong info, and the voucher is not in today’s Metro as it told us it would be. It now says the voucher will be in tomorrow’s Metro (Fri 23 Aug). While you may want to take this with a pinch of salt, in case the Metro’s got it wrong again, it’s worth checking if you can easily grab the free paper. We’ve checked and the voucher will still be in the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday this weekend.
Anybody tried the Kebab Pizza?
It was in today's daily mail
One day I went to Lidl 🎶
I don't know what's happening nowadays with Lidl around us, but many of their fresh veggies and fruits are partially rotten in the shop. They also taste really weird when I buy and try. It seems the quality nosedived, it wasn't use to be like this. Anyone else experiencing this? Just curious.

Tesco has bargains?
Wish England had "Scottish week" ...Lidl dngaf about widening the range they already supply & boosting Scottish brand produce next door, it's already in their supply chain after all

Yes, I concur! The fruit and veg is not the best with us either - seems very short shelf life and when I get it home, some of the produce is rotting or needing to be used instantly...compare this with other supermarkets close to me, where the fresh produce is unblemished and can last over a week, I'll rarely buy from Lidl

Totally the same experience. I don't know because other supermarkets use more preservatives or simply Lidl dropped in quality.
Shame though as I always liked to go there in case I needed a spare chainsaw for my grocery shopping.

FFS read it again! I'm saying Lidl ought to bring more Scottish goods (& by the same action Irish & Welsh product) to the "speciality weeks.. it gets tired with the same old wheel-turn throughput of Greek, French, Polish, mediteranean etc whilst IGNORING the good stuff from the uk's parts.

I'm a big fan of Lorne sausage, innis & gunn, Jura, tunnocks etc etc, off the top of my head, & man you can't beat good scottish raspberries in season.

Whats wrong with you to mis-read my previous post SO badly 2facedshanks?
