I’ve been shopping at lidl for years and I’ve never got a freebie lol
It could be a new store that's opened & lidl are giving free gifts when u spend £20 or more as it happened in longton when they opened their new branch here, it was a different offer for 6 weeks after the new store opened

100% due to new store opening. Different item a week for 6 weeks. Only available at the store that has opened and vouchers will not be accepted at any other Lidl store.
Our local new store was kitchen towels last weekend and coffee before that. Dont forget to break down your sbooping into 2 small £20 shops. They wont alllow it. So i send the misses to a different till. She does 20 and i do 20. Otherwise its one shop per day.

I know I used to do the same & once I saw a couple who bought £120 worth of stuff & all they got was 1 box of washing powder & here's me thinking "oh if that was me I would've got 6 boxes of washing powder with all this"
Edenbridge, too
Beccles store is new and is doing this offer too.
