Bought 7 packs today - Saturday 5 July 2014 - fantastic price. Stock up now as it might be just for the weekend. Will keep for a few weeks in a cold dark fridge.

Seen in my local Caerphilly store just a few minutes ago - had quite a lot there. Originally £1, then 75p, now 50p.

"Cold dark fridge?" If it was warm i would be worried but how do u stop the light coming on when u open the door?
As the wife says "if u shouldn't have midnite snacks why do they put a light in the fridge?"
Heat added but not for the fridge obviously

Op, I'd put the store name in the title.

But thanks for sharing.

cleverduck - there seem to be quite a few people like you who can't read properly - can't you see Lidl in the title?

Hahaha... my little lad thought that last clip was the funniest thing he has ever seen, still giggling like a girlie 10 mins on!
Wants to show it to his Nanny and Grandad when we go for dinner later!!! x

Thanks op...bargain! x

Just me, or have the Lidl Jersey Royals been particularly **** this year? Tasteless and not in very good condition. They're always grossly over-hyped but this year they've been worse than ever - not a patch on proper English-grown potatoes.

Newbold - you must have distorted taste buds - why do you think people pay a premium for jersey royals? Because no English pots taste as good! They taste fine as in previous years.

Disagree with you totally. People pay over the odds for them because they're a heavily promoted brand. That doesn't make them any better. And English earlies have an infinitely superior flavour. Ever tried early Cornish or Boston?
