Lidl usually provide a 3 year guarantee. If the item is not available when you take it back, which normally it isn’t, they give you a full refund.
Nice! Heat.

The store will only deal with you within 12 months of purchase - in years 2 and 3 the return process is a pain, having to get a returns number from UK, then arrange to send it to Germany by DHL (pre-paid label) - then they send you a replacement by DHL. The whole process isn't worth your time and energy for something costing £7.99. I had to do it with a mini oven last year - and even for £29 I was severely p155ed off with all the emails, phone calls etc - at one point they would only contact via phone - and if you miss their call it's a bit of a nightmare getting back in touch. In the end the replacement came - and it is physically damaged, but I can't be bothered to try and change that one.

That's pretty good battery life to be fair
Had the rectangle one for nearly 2 years. Works great.

The same here, only the torch function works now - no success returning it even with the receipt as Lidl wanted us to contact the manufacturer, which they didn’t have the details for!
I bought Livarno brand three years before for the same price from Lidl, the on/off button has gone in, but still able to operate and working great.
I bought one of these from Lidl previously and the sensor stopped working after a month or two.

The email is on the charging base. I got a replacement 18months after buying with 2 emails. Would have been one but I forgot to put my address on the first one.

Absolute rubbish. I have taken Lidl branded faulty electric/electronic goods back to the shop in years 2 and 3 of a 3 year guarantee and received a full cash refund.

Well these t&c’s have not been applied when I have taken faulty goods back.
These are similar to previous ones but the light emitted is pretty poor! Disappointed!
