Actually, wouldn't recommend if you've got weak wrists.


I fell over before Christmas and ended up with soft tissue damage around my wrist. These have been perfect for allowing me to continue doing push ups .... what would you recommend instead?

Do it up against a wall to build up then progress to floor. Although you may think its perfect, it sounds like you're doing further damage and not allowing your wrists to heal quickly.
