Great for hair! I either use a small amount of almond oil or cocnut oil in my hair in the mornings, gives your hair a natural shine and just enough volume to not look messy without having some icky product in your hair

It is solid at room temperature . So your hair will be frozen set as well . Asian/African people use this oil in summer when it is still liquid .

Almond oil is great for hair . I condition my hair with it before washing. Much better than coconut oil . Does not freeze , not full of saturated fats and great for hair

It's highly processed, I would go for raw coconut oil with a heart beat.

Look into fats. You have been sold a lie. Coconut oil is infinitely better than almond.

For hair in particular? Not sure. But in terms of saturates, that does not matter. Coconut is full of lauric acid and MCT which is excellent for you, whereas Almond is full of Omega 6 which is good for you but inflammatory in even moderate amounts.
Hot from me, but just a warning for those new to the delights of coconut oil, and who want to cook with it (hello fellow ketoers), you need refined coconut oil, to avoid everything tasting of coconuts. However, if you like fried eggs to taste of coconut, fill yer boots!
Disgusting. Full of saturated fat. Vegan food.

Hot.

Yes but you’ll end up smelling like Bounty. If you can live with that then it’s fine and good for your hair.

I am Asian, and mine is solid too! I just heat it up... needed to stock up, so will get this.

It's the other way round for me ... I feel as if i am eating oil (in solid form) when it comes to bounty.... I rather stay away from that chocolate ...

Almond oil has been Proven to give you hair cancer. So make sure you wear a hairBand 20
Everything I've read (not random internet blogs) suggests that coconut oil is actually incredibly stable and that the different treatment processes actually have very little effect on the final product. I find it very hard to believe there would be observable differences when applying cold pressed vs heat treated coconut oil to your hair or skin.

No, I don't mean m*sturbation... lol
I put it in a squeezy bottle, old tomatoe ketchup, so much easier to dispense. Saves on washing up

Not as cheap as spit

Classy I hope you don’t mean one of those grunting spits where you muster all the phlegm and snot up?
