Has been 49P for ages so this is a good price
Good to have as a standby in case you run out of milk.

But I must admit i tend to buy this anyway as its useful to know that you are not going to run out of milk.
Screw sealable lid.

I tried this 0.3% but it goes off quite quickly. Better get the 0.1% from Asda. Morrisons, Sainsburys.

Is that the same price? Thought this was a good deal at the price. I have had a carton on the go for 4 days without problems.
39p is a good deal.
Had some in the past and it lasted 3 days without going off.
Heat added.
UHT, no thanks

Skimmed should last a week in the fridge as it is the fat that goes off first. Try setting your fridge a little colder in the summer.

UHT, no thanks

UHT only alters the taste of fat making it a bit rancid. UHT skimmed milk does not taste any different from fresh.

Always buy 12 at a time from Aldi @ 49p so good price OP, heat added.
4 pints of semi skimmed lasts me at least a week in the fridge, so skimmed milk will easily last a week.

if you want it to last longer shake each morning .
its the butterfat that goes off, by shaking it your mixing it and in effect becomes homogenized milk, which is the stuff cafes use and turn upside down in a machine so that the butterfat doesn't rise to the top.
this applies to any milk if you want a better use time
Ex milky
If you read the back of Lidl milk it says "now contains at least 43% cow milk"

And usually its called Mulk !

57% water but a good deal anyway.
i haven't got a fridge!

lidl milk does tend to go off quicker than tesco longlife skimmed in my experience.

i think the 39p price may expire today.

Always good to have some stock ! Thanks.
I always buy UHT and used to buy this LIDL stuff, however I find that for the last couple of years the milk has a burnt plastic flavour; I was tempted at this price but that awful taste, no thanks. Hot deal though.
This is why all of our dairies are going out of business

This deal has now expired. Back to 49p now

Skimmed milk is 46p litre in Asda but without the screw top
Seen 6 x 1litre cartons skimmed & semi-skimmed UHT reduced to £3 @ Asda instore tonight (normally £4.20). Not screw cap. Not the smart price range. http://i3-groceries.asda.com/g/682/289/5051413682289_21000_IDShot_2.jpeghttp://i1-groceries.asda.com/g/682/296/5051413682296_21000_IDShot_2.jpeg
