I've gone right off my local Lidl since the "refurb".

Cheese deal is excellent, just a pity most Lidl deals nowadays are average at best.

Any idea how many grams the cheese is mentioned in original post?

I would just point out that the first post is for last week's deals, and the second only mentions the cheese.. (_;)

From AndreOceans post
"Super Weekend Up To 45% Off 10th June Saturday, 11th June Sunday
Formil Laundry Gel 21 Wash 630ml 99p Was £1.99
Valley Spire Mature Cheddar 830g £1.99 Was £3.69
Cotes Du Rhone Villages 75cl £2.99 Was £4.29
W5 All In One Dishwasher Tablets 40 Tablets £1.99 Was £3.19"

My pinky finger approves this deal X)

the coted du rhone is decent table wine fyi... I got a pack last time it went down and shall be doing again this weekend.

Check to see if the Nationwide Card Rewards is running the £5 off £30 spend - makes it even better!

Not worried, I come here looking for deals not constant reposts of the same items

Cheap cheese??? Good Luck!

If you are inferring that because it's cheap, it's no good, I suspect that you have never tried Valley Spire cheddar.
It is, in my (and others') opinion, an excellent cheese and, dare I say it, better in every way than the overpriced 'branded' cheddars (Cathedral City etc.), with the possible exception of Seriously Strong which is on offer less often than a blue moon.

I second that, the cheese is as good quality as the branded stuff

Disappointed - was normal price so only bought 1 instead of 12

I've gone off Lidl since they tried to make it look like Waitrose
and I don't think the deals are still there like they used to be
Prefer Aldi for a budget supermarket
