You think this [Link] looks bad?

This [Link] is what games looked like 15 years ago dude.

It's not Call of Duty which has a huge budget and looks shiny but is ultimately soulless. In a lot of ways it's much better put together than a lot of 'big' games. It's just the nature of game development that only big franchises funded by huge companies like EA or Activision or whoever really 'push the hardware to their limits'. Regular sized devs have to concentrate on things like artistic direction, story, and making experiences that are actually memorable.
