Please note this is 3g data only but with EE it normally is about 15MB/sec download so comparable to standard broadband!

Smart Cap Buffer - £5.00, you may increase or decrease this safety net at any time by calling customer services

The smallest is £1 so no nasty surprises not a bad deal to be honest and if it stays this price you don't have to keep changing or jumping through hoops etc...

Been posted before but worth keeping peoples memories fresh

better to go for 3 deal

the three deal does not include tethering! It's on the basic one! Fine if thats what you want but if you want to tether then this could be better

On Life now and have found the service to be very good. This is a good deal. Get great download speeds.

Virgin media have batter deal I think anyway, 2500 min 4gb data (3G) unlimited txt (this offer until 5th September) and also they use ee network too,
store.virginmedia.com/vir…an2

currently with life mobile. bad internet speed. will move to three deal soon.

Tried Life and connection is very slow and sometimes non existent. Good for the kids tho

Agreed. The wife is on Life Mobile and I'm on BT Mobile so both use EE but one is 4g and one is 3g. Did a speedtest earlier today (indoors) and I got 18mb and the wife got 0.79mb. Night and day. Needless to say she will be joining BT Mobile as soon as they re-instate the Amazon vouchers....

i am on life. not turning back! three has no signal in offices or cafes in London. gaffgiff speed was 0.02mb if lucky at lunch time in central london. life gives me 3 to 4mbs usually. enough for netflix hd. i pay 13.75 for 6gb tethering. passes the train test. can netflix (or crackle as it was... the shield) all the way from london to yorkshire. hot

Except for their useless network coverage

OH just gone over to 3. Unlimited min and text and 4gb of data at £9 p/m. Checked the Ofcom coverage thing and it seems fine.

Thing is, depending on where you live, different networks will suffer coverage blackouts. some people will swear by some networks and others will swear at those very same networks.

been with virgin for 7 years but their recent price hikes of quadrupling my price was just too much. ive gone over to 3 to on unlimited min and texts and 30gb of dada for £22 p/m.

I've tested Life vs EE, yes it's slower but nowhere near that slow by any stretch. Wonder if your tower was saturated with life users, life users are the first to get throttled when busy or something like that because my experience is nothing like that.

Three is fine in the usual cities etc but regularly stray away from the urban environment & it's frequently awful, had 3 when travelling the country & in built up areas same as the other guys but data anywhere else is useless.

I've been thru them all now O2/3 joint worst whilst travelling, Vodafone ok & now our locality has a load of their femtocells installed full 3g signal here but the best signal on average for travelling all over the country was definitely EE backed I'm assuming that's probably a hangover from merging orange & tmobile networks that's left them with more coverage.

I will add to that even the worst still has good voice coverage but too often you looked for data & it was E or worse.

At the end of the day you look at the coverage where you are & where you often go & buy accordingly my results are more if a general around the UK on avg in my experience. YMMV

Been with Life about 6 weeks been spot on.And best customer service iv'e ever had.

Been with life around 6 months bit of mix up on direct debits to start with but can't fault customer service. Signal/data speeds are great not had a problem in fact way better than Hubbys Tesco 4G! He always asks to use my phone cos his is always temperamental signal whereas mine and daughters seems fairly consistent on life.
Great for tethering too and uk call centre:p

Life customer service is really good. Highly recommended for signal etc too

just did speed test. Central london city 1pm lunch time busy time. 7mp download 0.7 upload. who needs more??? netflix 1080p is 4mb!

I found customer service to be really great but despite living in a big city I often found myself with absolutely no signal at all.

Customer service is good & efficient, but!!!! signal is very poor, wife has same iPhone on EE and gets 4g my phone on Life is just on E, would have thought I was going to get 3g but my data speed is shockingly slow!! if you want cheap then this is what cheap looks like.....

Have great reception with Life, was on EE before so knew had good reception in my area. Also great customer service! It just depends on your area which sim only deal is best for you. Heat.
