Not very bright.......the BULBS that is !
Thanks OP. May I ask, was it a straight swap form the halogens? I have two MR16 halogens in the bathroom and want to switch to led but not sure if I would need voltage regulators.

I think you will need to buy some LED drivers (transformers) depending on the total wattage of your light bulbs and their configuration
Ive swapped my mr11s with leds using the original transformers with no probs. But heard some don’t work.

I’m not sure what brand the transformers were, but they were about 10 years old, the bulbs I got were 2.5w from ledhut. A few of the other rooms I ripped it all out and fitted new holders and gu10 leds which connect directly to the mains.

We had luck changing ours to LED (original halogen installed about 2008); used expensive Sylvania, Philips and Samsung; can give details if interested.
I managed to buy these a couple of months ago and are great for ambient lighting. However that have been unavailable in my area for some time now... Has any one managed to buy them recently?
any 12v would properly work on my very old transformer. Could someone tell me why the transformer it self does use 5watts of electricity extra, is this normal on any transformer or just because I use an old one? Used a device that tells me the wattage of any device
Thanks
