hmm it looks 2d i.e. flat - would be worth £50 if it were a sphere..

Fifty quid for a light up bauble. No thanks :|

My little one has epilepsy but thankfully not photosensitive - on top of everything else that would be very difficult to manage! I had no idea it was 3 in every 100 now have it! Its a really serious condition that doesn't get the coverage/support it should in all honesty.

It's ok being on your guard - but you can still get caught out (especially if you're not one for getting a warning!). Usually they strobe at a rate that's handlable (but if you are minded to share the goodwill of the season, then a slow fade up and down is easier to cope with than loads of flashing!!). I got caught out rather spectacularly in a public place however when sitting with a mirror to my right and lights to my left a couple of Christmases ago so ended up seeing each flash very slightly un-synchronised. It was enough to make a rather unsavoury end to my day (and my trousers, make up etc) and with a huge bump on the back of my head that lasted til 27th!!! I have been known to ask bars etc if they could change their lighting set up a bit (my local club are kind enough to have them all set to static now) but it's a hard thing to have to do and I'm aware I may be spoiling things a bit for the many in doing so (bah humbug). Either that or turn into a recluse from the week before Diwali til 7th Jan !!!

You can't really miss lights at Christmas. I would think people who do have a problem will be on their guard, wouldn't they?
