At this price, there will be plenty Russian to book them.
Does that price include a parachute?
whilst i havent flown on them recently...when I did fly with them (via Moscow on to Kuala Lumpur) we really did get on via a ramp through the cargo hold and the food was pretty much gulash gulash gulash....oh and shaving foam in a pot for desert
is it worth paying for the return up front?
Less likely to be shot out of the Sky in an Aeroflot plane.

True, but the drunk maintenance and technical crews will probably achieve similar results.

Aeroflot are actually a very safe airline, I suggest doing research before saying otherwise.

1990s & Earlier maybe not however...
don't forget to add around a hundred quid for the visa
If you opt for that optional free stop in Moscow, don't forget to factor in the cost of a visa and the time spent going to the consulate to obtain it.
Difficult to find actual flights given the airports it says 196 reduced flights, but then putting specific dates and there are none, bit of a mad guessing game
Anyone else found cheap flights to Tokyo anytime?
What a joke of a website the link takes you to !
I've been booking my own flights for over 15 years to watch football matches around Europe, and I don't remember anything as pathetic for a long time - possibly Romanian and Bulgarian airlines when I first started doing it myself.
No clue as to where to click for information on routes travelled and dates of available service, so we've got to try a dozen different UK airports only to find zero results flying to Russia ?

I flew to Bulgaria around 15 years ago with their national airline, and many seats were not properly bolted down to the floor, so passengers were rocking and wobbling everywhere with shocked expressions (the Brits that is, as Bulgarians told me they were used to it, saying with a big smile and a sarcastic tone ''Welcome to Bulgaria''). Duty free was funny as well, with about 2 choices of alcohol and cigarettes - all changed now of course, but back then it was an interesting new world.
They're a safe decent airline and part of Skyteam. I flew from Tokyo to London last October for just £232 and have no complaints. Food was definitely better than Lufthansa and a wide selection of recent English language films. You don't need a visa if you're in transit, but watch out for rip-off food prices at Sheremetyevo airport.

To be fair, this airline isn't the safest out there.. also it's know to make unscheduled stops in various parts of the world - to pick people up and drop them off.. But even after a couple of stops you will eventually reach your final destination...

A friend of mine recently flew from Heathrow to Munich, via Moscow, St Petersburgh and Ukraine before finally returning to Paris to refuel then onwards to Munich.. Overall a 42 hr trip costing just £200 return...

No, I think that's a chargeable extra.. But you can buy it onboard apparently
Having recently flown Aeroflot London - Moscow - St Petersburg, I can say that the service, food, and cleanliness was better than most European airlines.
