They aren't quorn?

Ingredients

Rehydrated Textured Soya Protein (75%), Red Onion (14%), Seasoning, Palm Oil, Stabiliser: Methyl Cellulose, Seasoning contains: Red Onion Powder, Kibbled Red Onion, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Rosemary, Pepper, Ginger, Sunflower Oil

Quorn like.

Personally I think the best veggie sausages are Glamorgan sausages.

Really good sausages. Much better taste and texture than Quorn sausages. They are lovely in a simple sausage casserole with some onions, carrots, etc.

Ermmm, that's not quorn? TSP is completely different.

TSP en.wikipedia.org/wik…ein is made as a by product of oil
Quorn en.wikipedia.org/wik…orn is made from a fungus

Never liked Linda McCartney stuff, as always foudn it very salty and generally quite fatty. Although these are syn free, which is great

Wow I really had no idea. I always assumed it was just processed soy or processed fermented soy like tofu or miso.
Thats actually really interesting to know.

I bought some (what I thought were) "Chicken Pieces" from a supermarket once, cos there was a load of them reduced down to 20p. When I bit into them they almost made me chunder. Upon looking at the packet they were in fact "Chicken style pieces" made from old carpet. Disgusting.

Put me off being a vegetarian for life.

The Italian sausages are £1 a box in tesco at the moment.

Both are gluten free.

I'm terribly sorry, perhaps you're right.

I probably should have said, they tasted like that stuff you have to pick out from the bathroom sink plug hole, you know when it gets blocked so water takes ages to drain.

What other interesting things do you like to eat? Cardboard, carpet, dead skin/hair/soapy suds from your shower and baths?

Your diet seems very well rounded!
